Whew. All packed. I remembered vaguely something @notfromconcentrate said, something about getting coffee and playing VP.

Well I went to the bar and asked if they had coffee. They do. I got charged before I could set up the VP session.

But it's ok, now I know they have it. So I'm just going to finish this coffee, go to the bathroom, grab my bag, and check out of the Flamingo.

It's been quite the last 9 hours or so. I wisely kept the window blinds open, bed shaker alarm was snoozed at least 6 times, and I had all the lights on too. With that being said, it was still a struggle to get up but I got the job done! Lol

Had to google that one. First thing that came to mind was “Really Big Feet”.

Flamingo doesn't want me to leave.

Spirit is overbooked and looking for volunteers to take a different flight.

    Hmmmmm.....

Nah, I'll just go home. Duty calls. Gotta make that money to come back here!!!

40 into VP. Did NOT put in my card because I don't want to go from 501 TC the day before to like, 40 today. I recall reading about these things on here so I hope that's the right move!!

Several years ago I was flying to Chicago for a conference. The flight was overbooked and they were giving quite substantial vouchers for taking the next flight. I opted to keep my original and it ended up getting delayed. Got to ORD and went to baggage pickup. Looking around and I see familiar faces at another carousel look at the monitor and realize that those that opted for the next flight beat mine there. Just my luck! Anyhow great TR and glad you had a good time.

I'll totally do it if there's a red eye option. I would still land at 6 but have to haul ass home and try to start work at 9am. Would need like, $1,000 flight vouchers to make it worth it.

I would definitely take a nap to recover from last night's lack of sleep. Actually the last two nights combined about 6 hours of sleep!

I know just what you mean. We will be there for four days in October. I'm afraid it won't be enough time to scratch he surface. Invariably we get in a casino and stay for hours on end. We never see 1/10 of what Vegas has to offer. I honestly think I could do two weeks and not see everything I want to see and do. Safe travels and thanks for taking us along for the ride.

Why not do a chip run one day, cover the whole strip if you're in good shape? I have a knee that gets bad after too much so that's why I broke it up into 3 sections.

Then after your chip run, you can determine what you want to do for the rest of the trip? Just an idea :)
