I just wanted to sign up, and the website isn't set up to take my address.

Have to enter a state, so it just gives me an error on both.

OK, offer confirmed. The T&C are as follows:

I was able to get three nights with a Saturday checkout
Resort fees are comped - checking on this. See below
    24 hour cancellation
Bring a CC. $150/day in incidentals posted to your CC
All FP and dining posted to your Player's Club card. Use your player's club card at all times when dining
Bring a photo ID, they are matching the ID to the player's card to the offer.
To reserve any additional rooms at the casino rate, a host must approve (I may be needing this)

I was on hold for 15 minutes at 8AM PDT on a Tuesday

NOTE/UPDATE: I just looked at my confirmation, and it says that a $45 per day resort fee will be charged. I have already put in a request for clarification. I have also asked whether there are any "ala carte" options for the resort fee if I will be charged. Still at $45 a night, I feel that it's not a bad deal.

Resorts never sent me the email or message via app to match my casino offer. I also status matched my 7 Stars and was told I would be the highest status on genting rewards but don't see the status on the app. Does anyone know how to check my status on the app and the email used to request my offers to be matched?

Did you put in any play at RW? I'm guessing that's what triggered me and BFFs offers.

The first thing that the agent asked me for was my Player's Club number. She had a problem finding my offer and had to put me on hold. She came back a couple of minutes later and said that she found it.

What # are people calling to do the offer match? Did not receive the email but curious to give it a shot.

I didn't get the offer but sent them an email anyways with the info they requested on the site. Heard back from them today (took 3 days) and they said I wasn't eligible for the offer since I wasn't targeted for it but whenever I'm there to meet a Resort Marketing Executive, which seems to be the title they use for hosts.

Just got the same rejection email. We were just there last week to look around RW. I wonder if it would've helped if we introduced ourselves. Ah well... I'm Mlife-ing it in November.

I decided to give it a try and submit my MLife offer for consideration. They matched it to 4 comp nights in a standard Hilton room, no resort fee, $50 RC. Pretty decent.

Still not sure if I’ll use it because of the far north location.

I got this back to my e-mail

Thank you for your interest in Genting Rewards and Resorts World Las Vegas and the My World, My Offer promotion at Resorts World Las Vegas

At this time this offer is only extended to those who received a particular Resorts World Las Vegas offer in their app inbox and/or via email. Regrettably, our records indicate that you did not receive this offer.

When you visit our property, be sure to enroll in Genting Rewards so you receive future offers, discounts and member-only benefits. Also, please feel free to stop by the Host Office. A Resort Marketing Executive would be happy to meet with you and discuss potential offerings based on your resort activities. They would love to meet you!

Not sure how I could have received an e-mail, when the site won't let me sign up :haha:

They managed to get my postcode added to those recognised, and that let me sign up, so I might try again in a couple weeks once my Sept/Oct trip is cancelled.

I don't think you're considered fully signed up until you complete enrollment on-site.

    Thanks :)

Was able to match my Mlife offers and then called to cancel a current booking with them and rebooked using the comp offer for a weekend in November. Took about 15 minutes on the phone. We did sign up in person the week RW opened and gave some play over two visits there, nothing substantial though.

I got a response to my match offer today. I sent them my Luxor offer, 4 nights + $100 resort credit + $50 slot play.

They came back with 4 nights comped, resort fee only if I stay on a weekend. $50 freeplay if I stay only on a weekend and $150 free play if I stay only during the week. $50 dining for either.

I have to see when I can work the nights in as I am already booked most week nights of my trip.

Aaaaaand I booked my offer and the confirmation shows a total of $553 for 2 nights. I know some hotels show a balance online for accounting purposes, but this is the first time I have ever seen an email confirmation like this so I am going to have to call them back at some point.
