MyVegas Yet ANOTHER great MyVegas deal!

My daughter and I decided to book a rather last-minute trip to Mandalay Bay for my birthday next weekend (July 30), checking in on the 30th and checking out on August 2nd. I couldn't redeem any comp room nights because I already have 2 booked for early September, so I redeemed a 25% off room rate reward for 7,500 LP's. Saved me $129.95! Also redeemed a $50 free play reward and a free shot reward for Luxor next door.

did you check your M-Life offers before using this reward? I wanna know if the reward has any value or if it's something that you can find in your M-Life offers without burning LP.

 

Yes, I did. The MyVegas 25% off was better than any offer I had in my MLife account.

 

Just for informational purposes, I checked a few dates at NYNY for late October. There appear to be a number of other discount rates in my Mlife account- however, none of these show a greater discount than the 25% off room rate rewards in MyVegas.

I believe the "exclusive rate" is based on my play and other factors, but it isn't always available.

 

Not sure if you can use the weekend/midweek one ($119/79). I’m showing it’s $70-80 cheaper, It says midweek but that’s really Sunday-Thursday.

Thanks to these posts I’m looking at the non comp ones more since the comp ones have so many blackouts like Saturday nights.

I think so, as long as the rate is actually available. A lot of times it will say "exclusive rates from...," but then it won't be available on those particular days that you want.
