Not sure if this is only for Caesars Windsor players, but tier extended to Jan 2023?

Just got an email from Caesars Windsor, which has been closed and may reopen in late July.

They said my tier status has been extended until January 2023 (another year of diamond? dont mind if i do).

Also my reward credits (a whopping 7 bucks) which were due to expire in August are going to be extended to Jan 2022.

Not sure if this will work for non Windsor players or if the system has something marking your "home" casino, but something to keep an eye out for.

My streak of unearned diamond continues ....

Very nice! Hoping to drive over the border soon and get back to Windsor! Hoping by the end of the year.

Glad to hear they are doing something for you! I'd walk back some of my current animosity toward Caesars if they at least extended my tier for one full year of fully active benefits. I earned diamond plus at the end of my 2019 thanksgiving trip and only got one 4 day visit of the benefits they still are promoting to this day.

Side note, extending for everyone would help mask from investors the amount of diamond and seven stars play they are losing with the nickel and diming. Even if they dont do it for everyone, it's nice to see they're doing something for someone.

Windsor was my home casino also. I started going to Scioto Downs and it got switched. I made Diamond earlier this year and it’s good until 2023.

Haven’t heard anything yet. We are 7* hopefully will hear something tomorrow but not holding my breath. Windsor is our home casino and really miss it. Are you all Canadian or from the US?

    I am Canadian.
It might be something that was just sent to people with Canadian addresses?

While some people made trips to vegas work our government has had the borders closed to non essential travel since March 2020.
While you could "break out via air" it was not essential and I know in my case the travel insurance I normally get thru my work benefits do not apply while Canada has that travel notice about essential trips only.

So anyone in Canada who followed the Governments rules really have not had any way to go to a CET casino.
So they really needed to do this extension for Canadians.

That said.. my next Vegas trip I am planning to do a Mlife trip unless CET can really lure me back with some special offers..

I'm Canadian too. I checked. My totals have been reset to zero due to lack of activity.

I'm from the states and got the same email. Wonder if this applies to all Ceasars or just for Windsor ?

Interesting 7* with about 80% of our play at CW and have heard nothing. CW is our home casino and we love playing there. Hopefully we will hear something soon but the way CET is now I won’t hold my breath.

My guess is they are targeting those that were gambling somewhat frequently at Windsor before the shutdowns and haven't been to a CET property since then. I doubt current Eldorado management would allow another year of benefits (especially the Diamond and 7* dinners and retreats) to those that were able to utilize them in 2020-21.

@Nevyn you better hurry up and use those 700 RCs before they make all redemptions 2:1 or 3:1 :D

When I log in, I still see the old expiry dates for both Tier and RC despite getting the e-mail sent to me.. Hopefully they update it soon

And I'm sure they will happily extend that to 2023 for you :stir:

I would actually prefer if they kept this as your "Celebration dinner"

I am more often then not solo at casinos.. so it can be hard to use $100 in one sitting unless I am wasteful.

Giving it to me as RCs lets me use it over multiple meals

Just an additional data point, I'm in Michigan, Caesars considers Windsor as my home casino (according to the leaderboard promotion, anyway), and I also got this email.

We are in Michigan also and Windsor is most definitely our home casino did most of our 7* there the past 5 years. Have not heard one word from them. Will see what is going on. Hopefully we will be there sometime soon. By far our favorite casino.
