Given your consternation over laundry, Amazon fire TV recast or a cheaper generic dvr would be cheapest long term.
You'll need an antenna and a location that can receive a signal.
Having someone host a Tablo would be easiest second to just paying for one of the services mentioned above.

YouTube tv has cloud dvr. I use it when I travel to casinos.

Just be aware that the cloud services with live TV (YouTube TV, Hulu w/ Live TV, Sling, Fubo, etc) will usually need to verify your location before you can see local channels. Your IP address location will need to match the address you used to sign up – so that could be an issue if you're moving back and forth, say between Hollywood, Tampa, and Miami.

I've had issues with YouTube TV and Playstation Vue (before they shut down) thinking I was traveling even when I was at home, and warning me if I didn't return to my home location my local channels would be cut off, because of my home internet IP sometimes showing as a location a few cities away.

thanks everyone for the tv suggestions. I appreciate all the help.

I let bubble craps determine my weekend. Lose go to Biloxi - Win go to Resorts World Catskills.....Catskills here I come. Sitting in the hard rock food court now as I had to check out at 3 and just bought a 730pm flight and on my way to the airport in a few minutes.

Most restaurants and stores still closed at the airport but this place is way busier than last time I flew a month ago. Still doing the mask thing.

3 hours and I'll be in newark. Plan is to get a rental car and drive to the catakills.

Made it to resorts world Catskill. Was a pretty easy drive from newark. I was a bit worried as I don't like driving in the mountains but the drive was pretty flat outside of the grade on the last ten miles.. and the road was covered the whole time so no worries. Now time for some fun.

I had applied for credit yesterday so first stop is the credit office.

I remember like over 15 years ago hiking in the Catskills and going up to Cooperstown. Beautiful country and June is the right time to go.

They just took off the mask madata yesterday which is nice. High limit blackjack is 100/1000 stand 17. Tried to play craps but it was horrible. It is the side and front facing plexiglass. Just the worst game setup possible and no way to throw the dice.

Woodstock (bethel NY) was just a 20 minute drive from the casino. Museum was so so but the grounds were nice. Sonit was fun but I expected to see more memorabilia from the show.

Too bad you didn’t drive south from Newark to Atlantic City, they removed all plexiglass barriers from the craps tables. I rolled a little at Ocean Casino today at a $10 table.

I would have if I knew. When I was at Caesars this summer I couldnt play, they had the tiny holes in the plexiglass there as well for craps. Thanks for sharing!

Not too late, a really easy drive from the Catskills, all highway, less than 4 hours, about 2 hours back to Newark airport. If you leave now, you can have a late lunch overlooking the ocean.

We went to Top Golf yesterday and had a table right along the window overlooking the beach, great burger, I was too full for dinner.

I've been wondering if everything is opened up 100% in NYC?

The hotels I usually stay at were closed. Statue of liberty Island was open but you couldn't go inside the monument . So definitely not back to normal yet.

Back home at the hard roxk. This week I moved to a new wing and am staying at the oasis tower. Rainy today but there is a nice balcony overlooking the pool.
