Yeah but how can they tell who is vaccinated and not vaccinated? Doubtful they are checking for that. Probably an honor system but I bet most unvaccinated won't wear masks.

Thanks on the update to the tables at the Cal. No $5 tables? More $15 tables I bet. Were the tables busy or empty? Just wondering.

They are trusting the public to do the right thing as of right now. As far as tables go, tagging @Mrpill to answer your question.

I was downtown almost 4 weeks ago, and nobody checked anything anywhere except ID to get in to Circa when we were there. Cant remember if Luck was carrying a purse or not, but both times we entered the D, once from valet parking and then once off Fremont, there was no staff anywhere near either door, so they wouldn't have checked anyway

It will be honor system. Short of requiring people to show their vaccination cards everywhere, there is no way to prove those without a mask have been vaccinated. And I think you are right, most Americans who are not vaccinated by now probably won't get it but will not wear masks.

I stopped into a local bar tonight and asked the masked bartender about their policy. She said if I was vaccinated it was my choice. I later saw many people wearing masks. It felt like people over fifty were not wearing masks, but everyone under thirty were wearing masks. It kind of made me feel old, but props to the unvaccinated for wearing masks.

There was one $10 DD table until 4PM today, all the rest were $15 or $25. Most tables were fairly busy at that time. I will see what tomorrow brings. I'm here till Wednesday morning. Mask rules is completely on the honor system.

So glad my trip starts tomorrow!!! Didn't gamble at all last trip in October with masks and plexiglass. That will change this trip.

Here is a video from Saturday night on Fremont Street.

Not downtown, but here is a video from Saturday night on the strip (can shoot to 3:30 in to start Strip footage).

thanks for the info mpril. I guess $5 tables are out for the next few months.

Unfortunately a number of the unvaccinated people aren't very honorable so won't wear masks. I guess that's why Hawaii's governor still requires everyone in Hawaii to mask up, he knows that the unvaccinated won't mask up unless it's a requirement.

They checked my ID at Circa this morning when I entered from Garage Mahal. No other casinos checked my ID.

I listed the table conditions I saw at the various casinos at 10 am in one of the other forums. No $5 tables seen anywhere. The craps tables all being $15 at the Stevens places sucks.

Thats good that no other casinos are checking ID's anymore. Circa is because they are 21 and older. I want to just want to walk into a casino without having to get my ID out each time I walk in. Stopping to take out my wallet with a bunch of people around I do not like doing it.

Are any of the downtown casinos still doing temperature checks? how about entering fremont street? I remember almost each street had temperature thing you had to walk through.

Not sure but a couple of weeks ago many casinos (Fremont, D at least) were checking ID's on a Friday night. No checks during the day.

If I want to play at those limits, I can just go to Atlantic City.
