For me the Milos Special (eggplant dish), bottled water, wine pairing and coffee were extra. You can absolutely do the lunch special (including the bread and olive oil with oregano) for $38 with Vegas water and be out the door with tax and tip for just under $50, for FANTASTIC FOOD AND SERVICE, truly a fine dining experience.

It WAS oranges though they have apricots as well.

This is specially made for them. $250 per jar.

I received today the best service. Wow. INCREDIBLY warm. Not stuffy. One of the senior waiters chatted with me for a bit and said he loved my energy. We agreed that this past year should have taught us all about savoring moments.

Already talked to the check in person about good seating for my mom when I bring her back, at least once during our June/July trip.

I am supposed to be at Meow Mart at 4 pm but as much as I want to go I don't think that's happening. Bummer though as this would NOT be a good place to take my mom and I don't want to be at a completely different location from her unless she is chilling in our room, so I guess the June/July trip is possible.

    What's Meow Mart??

I can watch your Mom while you go. We can play WOF at the Venetian. I need lots of tier points and will be planted there. :D:D:D

Only half-joking... but I'm sure you don't want some VMB rando mom-sitting for you.

That meal from e looked amazing! We ate at Jaleo last week and it was delicious, and this is a few steps above!

Oh, in my food coma I misunderstood your question. My guess is that they will more fully open as the level of tourism increases but I believe that is fast approaching.

    Lol.

It's this cool place in Area 15. I had purchased a timed ticket for 4 pm.

Figured I would stop up and check out my double booked Palazzo room. I believe this is called a Petite Suite. It is lovely. I like the little bit of extra space.

My view is of the pool and Treasure Island. I kinda like seeing the water in the pools and also seeing a tiny bit of the strip.

It pains me to double book a room like this and not enjoy it but I am not going to leave really nice offers on the table, which require you to book a room, even if you say you don't need it.

@Flowers, your food porn has me ready to go back. It was so fun to see you last week. It was a terrific trip but I had no luck in the casino at all. It seems the Wynn VP machines forgot that, every now and then, they're supposed to give me a 4OAK! Ugh. That said, this was my second trip of 2021 and I'm still way ahead for the year so I'll focus on that! Now back to food. Wing Lei... we also had that new strawberry dessert, it was amazingly delicious and very beautiful. They've got a very talented pastry chef. For all who are interested on the duck thing, I suggest the Field Greens with Peking Duck (or the duck salad, as I call it). It's not as big of a duck commitment as the whole duck. The Peanut Truffle salad dressing is my favorite food at all of Wynn (or maybe all of Vegas... and beyond). If you have nothing better to do this evening, and since you're at WTS anyway, drop in and tell the managers (Eddie or Jason) or my favorite waiter (Harry) that a friend wants you to just get a taste of the duck salad dressing. Harry will know it's me. As for é, wow! I like Jaleo but way too loud and crazy. é looks more intimate and quiet (hope that's right). In other Wynn news, I found out that the nightclub department will run the Wynn Field Club at Allegiant Stadium. I'm a little older than their demo, as they say, but it looks very cool. Enjoy the rest of your trip!

This temporary poker area in front of Mott 32 looks a little bigger than even a few days ago.

e by jose andres is so fun. I've been a few times and recognized some of the dishes. That sangria ball is a crazy little thing that explodes in your mouth. The best part of the experience for me is watching them make each dish right in front of you. Thanks for sharing and sending good mojo your way for more gambling wins.

Heading back to my home away from home. I HAVE been here forever lol but honestly I am not yet tired of Vegas. If I were to be here another week -- I won't be! -- I would probably spend more time by the pool and walk the strip more. I had wanted to catch some live music at Tuscany this trip but unless this evening or early tomorrow evening it will have to wait until late June/July.

Glad to know of your multiple experiences.. I haven't paid this much before for a meal (putting fundraising dinners aside lol), but I have to say I felt very much like it was "worth it." It won't be an every trip experience but I could see going once every few trips.

It was so great to see you my friend. I know what you mean about the missing premium 4OAKs. This had been my biggest losing trip in 30 years of coming to Vegas but it is a major testament to Wynncore that though I am disappointed I am not upset or bummed because it has been such an amazing trip and I still have an amazing 36 hours to go.

I have whole swaths of my trip that I want to share, from Sinatra to Giada and my wins at Cromwell of all places (thank goodness for them). Will do while I am packing, which I am going to start doing this evening.

I was hoping you would chime in regarding Wing Lei as I know that is your "Cheers" place lol. Thanks again for the suggestion. I MIGHT just do that. Lol. I am debating plans this evening. I was going to visit Area 15 (out) and walk around the Arts Distirct before dinner at Esther's Kitchen at 7 pm but I am feeling in a different mood so may go a different route. I need to decide in about 30 minutes. :)

Hope to see you during my trip with my mom in late June/early July!

Can't remember if I posted before that this place called Bluewire is coming to Wynn. It is located across the from La Cave, which is open every day BTW.
