    When you get back to Vegas you should try to find a place with good fried catfish. Don't know of anyplace on the strip. It is a very easy southern dish. I don't know how some restaurants can screw it up but they do. Fried catfish, fried okra, and coleslaw -- it is one of my favorites. The only thing I like more than fried catfish is fried popcorn shrimp.
