It was somewhere between 40 and 45 minutes, and around 30 seconds in to whatever minute it was when we walked by there. I kinda look like Napoleon Dynamite wearing jeans walking fast with my hand in my pocket lol

It's happened to me a few times. The craziest and saddest one was a guy next to me while we were taxiing to take off in Madrid on the way to JFK. He was sweating and kinda uncomfortable the whole time and was talking to his friend in front of him in Spanish. Then eventually just face planted right into his friends seat. I tried waking him up to see if he was ok. He wasn't moving. Other guy on the other side of him was shaking him while I was pressing the call button over and over. The FA's said over the PA that we all must remain seated on a live taxiway. I eventually just got up and started shouting for help. They were mad at me but eventually did the whole doctor spiel over the intercom. Had a few on the flight. I helped pick him up and put him in the aisle as they tried to resuscitate him while we taxi back to the gate.

Heart attack. Dead right then and there. They moved me and the other guy to the side of him to first class so we didn't have to sit next to the seat a person just died in. Was still a very unsettling flight.

I wasnt too surprised based on all the live streams and TRs I've seen from downtown and that's part of why I hadn't been there a single time since 2019. I realize a lot of people see that as a positive and FSE is sort of 'outside' but on a weekend, people are a lot closer to a lot more people walking down Fremont than they would ever be sitting at a machine in a strip casino. Like I said, not a place I'd even consider staying, and not too comfortable going there at all, until this whole pandemic thing is farther behind us.

I'm not much of a downtown person myself. I did go a handful of times i think when i traveled w.my former sign other but i wont go solo unless its for food. I did like the Therapy restaurant on Freemont Street and i still want to try a thai restaurant i've wanted to go to in the past but never have made it; can't remember the name but its somewhere on Freemont or in that vicinity.
