And of course there is a Diamond shortcut line which I was informed of when I got there...... Friggin rookie mistake, I'm embarassed, ashamed, and humbly ask your forgiveness.

Yup, the bird is a little dirty, but it is also quintessentially Vegas. Loud, bright, shiny and at times a little obnoxious. when you wake up at the Flamingo you know you are in Vegas. Canadians are not allowed over the border yet, so I will have to live vicariously through you. Thanks for the report.

So glad to hear you are enjoying Esther's Kitchen. I haven't yet dined there but @eliza has and loved it. I'm dining there on May 10th! It's my last major dinner in Las Vegas during my upcoming trip. The dinner after that will be in Furnace Creek, Death Valley NP.

The food looks incredible and I love what appears to be a chill and relaxed vibe to the place. How's the service?

IMG_20210405_200647835.jpg Cacio e pepe..... Really really good.... Perfect balance, only minor gripe was cooked maybe 30 seconds too long. (4.75 mangias) kicks the crap out of giada's... IMG_20210405_200557157.jpg

@Slider had Mary's chicken.... He had a sexual experience with it (4.75 clucks) just the right amount of fry.

    Will definitely return.
