Hey. You are alive! I was a little worried. I totally would have stopped to say hi if I noticed you, but I tend to have a one-track mind (VP) when in the casino.

I haven’t been paying much attention. Other than that Virgin was at $15 last night. I can try to keep an eye out.

Back to gritty version of Crown and Anchor for another round of gamblers happy hour and a Blackthorn Cider. I like me some gritty. But not the Flyers’ Gritty - he’s terrifying.

Started with $20 cash and $9 in FP from random bonus game yesterday. Ended with $45.25. Score!

Renderings of the Virgin looked pretty bad and your pics confirmed. Usually try to hit the new places after the crowds die down, but at this point have not interest in stopping in there.

Just caught up on this. This is a great report. You may not remember but we did meet at 4Q last summer I believe. I barely remember it myself.

Super jealous of all of the places/promos you have done in a short period of time. I would love to get back to Skyline on my next trip. I would also love to win $4,000.

Was without good cell coverage for a bit. Time to get caught up. Had just a few minutes to kill before dinner so stopped into Suncoast. Reminder to self: schedule pancake time next trip. Also the movie theater popcorn smells amazing it’s been forever since I’ve been to a movie. How weird would it be to just go in and buy a popcorn? No movie needed.

    Lost $3.

Met a friend at Marche Bacchus - a combination wine store and French Bistro in Summerlin. Gorgeous patio dining looking out on a lake. And very good food. I went with the French onion soup, seafood risotto, Chardonnay, and we split a salted caramel chocolate dessert thing that was truly decadent.

With the waterfront location - I’m thinking brunch here is a must do.

Now playing keno and vp with popcorn is on my list of to-dos. It will require some expert moves with a mask but I believe in myself!

    Love all the updates!

I'm definitely not out here to defend the Flyers as of late. Go Sixers! ;)

I'm conflicted. On one hand - the Flyers lost ... to Buffalo! This makes me happy. On the other hand, the Pens remain tied for the all-time longest losing streak in NHL history ... with Buffalo. This makes me sad.

One more meeting to slog through and I am officially done with work for the week. Counting down the minutes!

There’s one guy in every office who has an opinion about EVERYTHING and needs to tell everyone. He was on my last call, so it ran over. But I’m free at last.

Over at Zhenshin for a late lunch / happy hour. Sapporo, spring rolls, spicy tuna roll, and chicken lettuce wraps. Hit the spot. Eventual plan is to head downtown to cash in April FP and have dinner at Barry’s watching VGK game.

I am really enjoying your trip report! I was glad to see the post with picture for the prix fixe lunch at Mercato della Pescheria as I'll be at Palazzo the end of the month and as you said not on the menu! In the fall I hope to do a trip like yours and stay a little longer and get off the strip to some of these local places. Continued good luck and good food!

Tried to go to Downtown Henderson, but it was bananas. Apparently the opening of Pass Casino is a much bigger deal than I realized. Made it downtown and started off on the wrong foot - losing $75 immediately on slots at Plaza. Nowhere to go but up.

Pink drink, pens hockey and FP! FTW!

Turned $50 FP into $52.50 at Golden Gate. Pens up 2-0. Things are looking up.
