Checked into the El Co...and there's still no place like it. It's only rival might be The Oriental in Bangkok...but they make you wear nice shoes to enter there.

Never thought I would see the day, but we're downgraded to plastic cups now. The high-end clientele must've been stealing all of the fine crystal they provided here for years.

My favorite restaurant downstairs with all of the fresh baked bread and the very freshest of ingredients, straight from the farmlands.

Don't think I'm cheating on the S-Way, but I strolled over to the Carson Kitchen for a late lunch and they always satisfy.

Some bourbon and fig drink to go along wit' the deviled eggs and NY Strip.


Of course, I have to go make a couple of basketball bets, get this trip started and leave for the night.

 

Hoping you got that safe fixed considering that juicy 7k you had in the envelope. Under the mattress?

 

I can’t believe someone on this board is familiar with The Oriental in Bangkok. I was there in the early 80s. It was amazing then, can’t imagine what it’s like now. I think I may still have a matchbook from there.

It was a difficult decision, but given that I had three nights comped at the Chartres Cathedral of Las Vegas (El Co), I decided to splurge and come check out Circa for a night. The Panoramic Sunset Suite.






The Stadium Swim is hoppin'!! The fans are going apeshit for the Pelicans down there.

It's a windy, shitty day. This would be a beautiful view if it weren't for the clouds n'shit.





No bathtub. Bummer for me and my bubble bath bar. I left the rubber mallard in the other room anyway.

Someone get the Plaza some fuckin' roofers already.

My plan for tonight was to gamble until sunrise. I am going to hang out up here for a bit and not take a bath...but bathe relatively thoroughly as I have invited M over for a little while.

I cropped her off because I don't want all of you pervs spotting her on the street one day and interrogating her for no reason. It's an in-room booty-hole show, OK? Don't judge.

I loved going to Vegas with random friends/family when I was younger. I love going to Vegas with my wife nowadays.

But your trip reports always make me want to try out a solo trip in Vegas.

I think that's the highest compliment I can pay you.

 

Also, the kids and wife are in bed, I just cracked a beer and sat down to immerse myself in this trip report. And I'm already caught up. God damn it. I need to start drinking faster and reading slower.
