Out of curiosity...did you rent clubs? Also are you playing as a solo...any restrictions for going out alone? Would like to do the same on my next solo trip.

I did bring my own but rentals are available... They have paired me up, but I can usually play on my own if I want. . the average pace here is 3:10

As a former Club One member, I have been able to play Canyon Gate several times. They do treat you as a member, because you really are. And I can appreciate your score on #18, it is a “bear”. But 2 birds, nice——

Olivia V is my favorite. The V Maduro (double toro) is my all-time.

 

Hitting the quad aces put me up a little for the day, and since my meal for the day had consisted of 4 virgin bloody marys and about 7 NA beers....I felt like it was a good time for dinner. Since I had a 40 dining credit, and was already at the D, I went to Andiamo, where they seated me at the bar.

I went for some Shrimp on Shrimp crime...

Appetizer BBQ Shrimp.... (4 little mermaids)



Dinner

Shrimp Scampi... This is served with house made linguini.....which I could literally just eat a pallet of the linguini and be happy... and all these shrimp are big honkers like 8-10 count/lb
I would also gladly use the scampi sauce as blood if it could work.....doctors...get on that. (4.25 mangias)





Served of course with their delicious bread basket and zucchini tapenade

 

I did not win the slot tournament, out of the money by about 5 spots.... poo.. My mulligan round ($25) didnt really do me any good as my scores were pretty consistently mediocre, even though I "won" my last session.

Pocket dump and some quick accounting finds me that gambling cost me only $350 bucks this trip.... not too shabby for several days of long play time....

But I had some good meals comped at the D and Puck, stayed in a nice suite.. (It has a biggg comfy couch, and the bed was quite comfortable) And LISTEN UP LUXOR.... there are FOUR PILLOWS on this bed as opposed to your cheap ass-two.

Still super-stoked (did I just write that?) about breaking 90 on the golf course.... (took 3 40 foot putts along the way, but---count it!)

Packing up and heading home bright and early in the morning.... But I won't be gone long....... tune in for a Live-ish report from Biloxi starting on SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY....
I'll be sucking up a comp flight from MGM down to the Beau Rivage (the little baby Bellagio) , and plan to hit up the IP to cash some comps and eat, and Harrahs to do some free play as well....

And.... I'll be back in Vegas in two short Weeks.

None of the car rental places have enough staff working in Vegas. My experience over New Years and last week was just brutal. F+CK the car rental places and their shitty customer service.
