Absolute shit show for boarding. Now a delay for some kind of light and someone Redding glasses fell somewhere? So they are looking for those. All space taken up in overheads so we had to check bags but we couldnt get to seats at the back cuz they kept letting people on plane. One lady got up literally five times while I’m at back waiting to get past her to check bags. Then stewardess comes up and says the guy checking the bags gave me the wrong baggage claim tag so she took mine and handed this girls rag to me and gave my TDB to her. Let’s hope nobody loses our bags. Almost entirely surrounded by kids and they are loud and cranky. Lady in front of me has some kind of Covid table cover she’s put over her table in her seat?!?? Is this a thing now? They were slowing things down even more boarding to take temps. This temperature thing was at a certain unmoving height. So if you’re tall they had to pick it up or lean it back. Baby’s and kids are standing on yippie toes with this thing being pushed down at 45 degree angle. Kid is kicking my seat and literally yelling “Bah bah bah bah” kids of the mom who has been out of her seat five times.

But...I had Popeyes in the airport and the guy gave me a free fries and the seat next to me is empty so that’s positive!!!! And while we are now officially delayed, I am in a seat to go home. Plane is 90% full. And Maintenance just arrived to fix the..whatever it is that needs fixing fixed.

This has been one wild day so far.

Okay. Absolute gold. A mom gets up to go to the bathroom. Dad is watching a movie. The two girls start giving each other karate chops. Dad is oblivious until he happens to look up from across the aisle and slides over to stop the karate match.

Classic “Dad watching kids”, moment there.

We need a praying hands emoji. Thank the Lord you made it and prayers are up that your flight isn't too painful. My threshold for travel difficulties is high but kicking in the back of my seat would drive me nuts. Hang in there!

I am not sure if I like the trip reports or the airport adventures more that you and @Flowers seem to offer us.

Man you're patient! I would have certainly had some sort of an attack, (panic, heart, TIA) or mental breakdown! Glad you're almost home! Thanks for the report

Wow, what an epic report. All of the dramatic twists and turns had me on the edge of my seat. First, the saga of getting to Vegas, the all-nighters in Vegas and winning plays, the Laughlin day trip with stops along the way and back, and the suspense of whether you'll get out. And the assist from the amazing JR. Hopefully you made it home safe and sound from Dallas. Thanks for the enjoyable report and good luck quarantining.

But...I've had my Hotmail account since the 90's!!!! When I got a new Iphone the kid at the phone place evn laughed and commented about how old my email address was. It is literally from the mid 90's. In lieu of this issue though, perhaps I should examine the possibility of a new email account.

You're not alone. My personal email account is msn, which I've had for a long time as well. LOL.

LOL, I had a hotmail account in the 90's also, which is how I know how shitty it can be. There were so many emails that I never received so I dumped it asap.

Should upgrade your hotmail account for the very reason that you are not receiving emails reliably.

gmail is quite reliable across all devices.

I still use hotmail, the hotmail address is now a sub category on my outlook address.....It works fine, I'd rather microsoft harvest my info, vs google....
