I absolutely love this stuff and that waterfall sauce, is to die for. I have tried many times to replicate the sauce and have gotten close. As far as the Jerky, I don't think I can even get close, so I just use the sauce with dumplings.

 

I got the recipe for the Thai bloody Mary mix, but the bartender who is a friend of mine told me he would get fired if he gave the waterfall sauce recipe out lol
