If anyone is interested, there is a tour of the circa.

    https://video.search.yahoo.com/search/video?fr=yfp-t&p=ninth+island+connection+circa#id=3&vid=34e9ad6911778acb4af0f7bd300a07ad&action=click

Ninth Island Connection is produced for the people of Hawaii. We call vegas the Ninth island since Hawaii has 8 islands.

But the video also has a few more videos of the circa. They have the grand opening on video too.

Not sure if anyone posted other videos of the Circa.

BTW, they also describe the food truck at the Circa. $100 sandwiches?

Wow. That video of Circa is the best I've ever seen. It's very thorough and showed a lot of places, such as the cabanas, which I had not seen in any other video.

The other Vegas videos are also great. I want to watch the one about the Vegas Arts District. I've never seen a video dedicated to that area before.

    Thanks for sharing!

I'll check it out when I get a minute.
    TIA
I really miss the Hawaiian crowd downtown since Covid.

    You're welcome!

Ninth island connection is also on facebook. I think they show some of the more recent videos also. Not sure as I don't get on facebook very often.

But it was really interesting. I visited Circa in December but I didn't visit some of the areas in the hotel/casino. Good to see the eateries too.

Miss vegas but I told myself that I would go back after I get the vaccine. Unfortunately I am in 2c but looks like they won't get to me until April or May. Hopefully earlier. I don't like to go to vegas during the summer. Too hot.

People in Hawaii are getting antsy about vegas so many love these videos to get their vegas groove back on.

Man, that was a GREAT video. I am SO reticent to ever come across as a fanboy - of anything - but that video REALLY made me want to check out Circa for an in-depth stay. I'm typically the kind of Vegas person who has to visit several restaurants and favorite haunts over the course of a visit, but I do believe that I could be happy with all the offerings on property at Circa and never leave, which yes, I know, is EXACTLY what Derek wants. :haha:

if I weren't staying there, just wanted to check it out for a walk through, it's worth it? Kinda looks like it. :) Good casual food options?

Just FYI, this ninth island connection on YouTube also has video clips of the arts district, area 15 tour, DTG tour and other interesting vids.

I wondered what was in area15. May consider a visit next time I get back to vegas.

didn't the ninth island name first land on the Cal?
Think it was how Boyd did the flight promos...

Just watched a thing on Area15, every area is pay separate admission to play, I thought the trippy grocery store looked interesting..

I'll be doing the same thing next week. Sounds pretty cool. Need to do a little more research though, so I'm not just wandering around with the rest of my group in tow. I wonder what the best casual place to eat is...

I don't know. Guess just to see the place for one time it was interesting to see. Kind of like seeing a strip type hotel casino downtown.

As for me, I'm more of a $5 player so other than playing the machines I doubt I would put any play at the Circa. I certainly won't pay to stay at the hotel.

But it was nice to see, much different than the other downtown hotels that's for sure.

Does anyone know about cabana or day bed prices?

I read on a trip advisor thread that it seemed like there was not an actual cost, but a minimum spend: https://www.tripadvisor.ca/ShowTopic-g45963-i10-k13430955-o10-Circa_Stadium_Swim-Las_Vegas_Nevada.html

And here is the menu for Circa Swim: https://www.circalasvegas.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Circa-SS-Pool-Cabana-Daybed-Insert-9.5x6.25-1.pdf

How does this pool compare to something like the Flamingo Go pool? We (brother and I) have always enjoyed that vibe.

I can't remember who posted it but someone recently posted I think $600 for the day. That is not chump change but the cabanas look to be pretty big and have a private pool so for a decent size group, especially if most a spend requirement, that's a good deal. The "day" at Circa Swim is also a lot longer in contrast to most hotels where the pool day ends at 6 or 7 pm.

Stayed on Fremont St. for a week several weeks ago, finally wandered over to the Circa. Walked in and felt like I was on the strip which I really don't care for. Looked around for awhile played a few slots, put some extra cash in the wallet. We left and did not return guess you could say it just did not impress me, I'm to damn old school. We will be back in a couple of weeks will check it out again. If they have a watch party for a Knights game probably will take advantage of The D's $10.00 entrance fee and perhaps rent a couple of lounge chairs. Like one of my southern relatives would say it shore is purdy.
