I have reached out to my host again. Will report when I hear back. If they state I did not register I doubt I will ever go back considering all the cutbacks they are doing. Just not worth it.

For those of you who registered but did not receive your Tier bonus, how did you register? We have had problems with the app before so I registered on-line. (Received the bonus)

I honestly don’t remember. I usually do my computer but it’s possible I did this one on my phone.

I registered on the app only. Guess I won't do that again. I emailed them and got a response yesterday saying they didn't show me ever being registered. And I didn't screen shot anything this time. Guess I'll do it in multiple places next time and screen shot it. I know I wasn't going to get much (maybe 500 or so), but it still sucks that the app screwed up.

I received an email on 2/3 saying my points were posted and I later confirmed they were.

The insanity of all this is all they need to do is add an email confirmation for when you register. The website doesn't even if you a confirmation just a page that says if you typed your name or number wrong then you aren't registered! It seems like they want people to mess up and not get registered, and its been like this forever.

Thinking about it more I believe I may have done this one in the app. I haven't done a website registration recently that I can remember. It won't be a ton of points but it would still be a few thousand I think.

Not only that, their tech should be capable enough to detect who is clicking on the email offer to activate it, and doing so, without risk of going to the website and making typo entering your name and card number, which if I remember correctly, would keep you from getting the offer applied. Best yet, clicking on email resulting in a confirmation number on the webpage, and an email to you with that number in it.

was the offer only valid for tier credits earned through casino play dining and hotel stays? I earned a bunch of tier credits from wsop.com but they don't seem to be crediting those.

Another fault of the marketing team.

I registered. Had a fair visit in October.

    No points here.

As said, a confirmation email would be a good idea.

bottom line - they keep running lame promotions.

At this point, with this constantly and, on their part, knowingly being an issue, it is bordering on a bait and switch scheme to get players to visit or to play marginally more than they would have otherwise done so. This is a technology-based business. There's no excuse for this repeated kind of screw up, which has been an issue in previous years as well.

Our wonky technology doesn’t work? Sorry, your fault, nothing we can do now, you should have made sure you were registered...unfortunately this is not hard to believe with CET.

Can you imagine trying to approach a booth in Dec to verify you were registered? Nobody would have known what you were talking about, they would not have been able to confirm or deny, they might have made up a worthless wrong answer like “make sure you swipe at the kiosk” and they definitely would have told you subtly or directly “It’s no big Deal, Most People Don’t Worry about that. It’s all based on your play, you’re going to get great rewards!”

I still have not gotten mine. I registered twice, I took a picture of the second time on November 2nd. If I get motivated I may email CET after my Presidents Day trip. Last year the same thing happened and my Casino Executive in Windsor had them credited to my account.

My host just got back to me. They’re posting 2400 Tc within a week. No idea if they’re doing me a favor or not but glad they handled it.

My host texted also and I am getting 2800. She said they showed I did not register which is wrong. Now they’re having the 5x’s tier credit apr 2-4 which again you need register and again we will be wondering if it registered.
