Did they at least wrap up a bread basket with some special hotel butter or spreads to put on the said bread? ...give you a couple of bottles of water?

Was able to turn $150 freeplay into this, so that’s nice. Betting regular amounts is more fun haha.

So I went to the players desk to ask about a back end comp on room charges that end up being 2.4% of my total loss and the representative had no idea what I was talking about, she just kept referring to my express comp balance. Tried to go to the host desk in the high limit there and nobody was there. So I’m eating the charges and high loss. As a note, in all my trips to MGM NH I’ve never ever seen a host at the host desk. One time I even waited over an hour for one. Definitely disappointing. Like I said before, even with the room and small amount of free play I’m monstrously undercomped here so I will not feel bad about using anything I get.

Overall there’s definitely better places to gamble. The slots gave me below average payback on a whole lotta play and like I said the minimums are high on the tables and odds are bad on BJ unless you’re playing $50 minimum tables. Also, there’s nothing to do here right now but gamble, so I would save the overnight trip for when the restrictions are lifted. There’s no drinks, bars, indoor dining, or lounges, a lot of the things that make MGM NH attractive in the first place.

looks like they finished the new CNY display in the conservatory

Headed shortly to Union Station to catch the train to West Virginia, for some free play redemption backed up by some very light gambling, and a lot of relaxation, before back to work and dealing with the mess in DC this upcoming week. I won’t do a TR because I did one last week but I’ll share the results of the free play redemption.

Sorry for the painful trip. Hope your next trip goes better!

Do any Mlife locations have a host on call phone number?
I know a few places that do that as the host is walking around. (or hiding in the back)

Credit where credit is due! My new host emailed me to tell me she comped my food charges.

Contact your host, they should be able to backend your comps and refund to your CC. I've done it with mLife and V/P.

Yeah, definitely worth a try. Especially since she introduced herself as your contact you can absolutely simply email her, thank her for the message and the offer and ask if she can take a look at the charges from this stay.

With the description of your play I think it is likely that she will respond "no problem" and refund your card.

That's the advantage of having a host, I have many times in the past simply left the hotel on checkout day and then just texted the host later to please check me out and take a look at my folio.

Good luck at Charles Town. I've heard good things about that place. Is anything open there/

By the way, free play strategy when I’m being disciplined and not a tilted degenerate is $1800 coin-in, $600 of it being free play.

Catching up on this - I'm about 20 minutes away and still only been once, but never stayed over.
