CET App Issues

    Just curious if anyone was having issues with the CET APP? I can view my offers but it shows me having 0 Tier Score and 0 Rewards Credit and online it shows what I should have based on my playing since January 1st (5,400 TC & 104,830 RC)... I can’t pull any other information off the APP. Before someone asks yes I’m on the most updated version of it and I use an iPhone.

    Had the same issue last week log off and log back in and they will show up.

    I have what I'm supposed to have 0 tier and correct Reward credits.

    I've had this issue off and on. Usually fully exiting the app and then opening / re-logging has fixed it. One time it was stuck for like a day.

    I also had this issue. I logged out of my account within the app and resigned in. Been working since then.

    Thanks guys I did as some suggested and logged in and out in the App and they fixed it. Thanks for the advice
