    I saw a video clip of a dessert where you smack the chocolate shell on the top and liquid pours out, covering the dessert. I can’t find the video now

    This s the chocolate ball at Le Cirque, they pour hot chocolate over the ball and it melts like lava; but a spoon isn’t involved. The one posted by @sdbruin619 above at Catch looks awesome!
