Glad I had my full breakfast as this is more of a snack than a full meal like I would receive via MINT service but it is works just fine. And though I can't stretch out the seat and leg space are sufficiently roomy. I am enjoying the flight while watching, for the first the time, the Showtime series called "The Affair."

Wow. So, I understated my reaction when I climbed into bed last night as it might have seemed a bit weird, but, I honestly let out an "ahhh" as my body sank into the mattress. No joke.

Sounds like you found it to be worth the investment. I could sleep for 10+ hours in that bed. I hate to say it but it leaves the Wynn mattresses in the dust, and I like those mattresses.

Good luck Flowers. I’m so eager to be at Wynn. Not sure if I’m going to make my January trip so I’ll live vicariously through you!

Just can't imagine! But you have the most amazing attitude!! We were caught up in tornadic weather one April in Louisville leaving on our direct flight to LV.....we were on an hourly countdown....always hoping.....then disappointed....our 1pm flight actually left at about 9pm.....we were worn out, disagreeable & longing for our beds at Paris.

Something told me last night to keep pressing ahead and not go back to my parents' house to sleep last night and start all over today.

Glad I followed my sixth sense as Delta Flight 5727, which was supposed to have departed Buffalo for Detroit at 6:15 am today wound up being delayed 3+ hours, with a schedule departure of 9:42 am instead. Had I stayed in Buffalo last night I would have missed the Detroit/Vegas connecting flight, again....

I LOVE the Delta tracking and the various versions of the maps. Thinking about new places to visit in the post Covid-19 world.

This snack box is pretty nice. It had more in it than I would have thought.

Yay! You are on your way. I would have definitely not handled this delay as gracefully as you have! LOL Kudos to you!
As for Delta, I've been reading a lot of reports lately that they had soooo many canceled flights over Thanksgiving and again over Christmas, when other airlines were handling weather, etc just fine. That's too bad, because Delta has always been such a dependable airline. Very unusual for them.

The rest of your days will be amazing!!

Sorry you had such an insane day yesterday, but glad you weathered the storm and are on your way to your beloved Wynn. Hope a relaxing massage gets you into ship shape and ready to conquer the VP machines. Better luck for the rest of a trip and have a blast.

Landing in about a half hour. I wanted to share a couple of updates to what I shared about NYE at Wynn in my last trip report.

I had mentioned the NYE drawing of a total of 1M in free credit prizes. Well, my host updated me that that the turnout wasn't what was expected so they are cancelling the drawing and we are receiving on NYE free play based on our recent play instead.

I am not sure how many they expected -- I will have to check the written info he sent me -- but I am not unhappy about it. I won't have a shot at 100k or 250k in free play but I am getting some decent free play upon arrival (not as much as I got last time but losses from October were factored into that amount) and am getting that same amount again on NYE in lieu of the drawing. It is a MUCH smaller amount than the prizes of course but it's also a sure thing that I can plan around that will cover most of my planned bankroll for that day so that's a nice savings.

My dinner reservation and the brunch the following day are unchanged.

I purposefully have fewer plans this trip than I had for my last two. It is going to be 90% playing, eating, spa/salon treatments, walking the strip for exercise (for some reason I have been doing a LOT of anxious eating in the past month and have actually gained 5 pounds and that's AFTER I returned from Vegas in November), and doing some more things I have never done before though nothing too adventurous. I want to play things somewhat by ear depending on how crowded it may be.

I am also thinking about adding two days to my already-long trip but I've got time to decide.

Looking forward to catching up with @dbueler and maybe trying my hand at Pai Gow or Bacarrat for the first time while also getting some Bingo in, which I didn't do last time.

This is definitely going to be a trip that is more about cocooning at Wynncore with a dose of V/P and Circa. As part of the "cocooning" I definitely want to experience things at Wynncore I haven't before (a bespoke whiskey tasting is on the list) and check out the new artwork and pavilion area.

I am hopeful for many big hits. My challenge is to give things a break earlier than I sometimes do after a hit and when things start to go south, which they inevitably do, or just play lower denom on the same machine or low roll on slots or Bingo to better preserve my big wins.

So, right now, no major outdoor adventures are planned though I may drive to Mt.Charleston and Seven Magic Mountains, especially if I extend my trip by a couple of days.

I definitely want to see the Brilliant Show again and check out the Mob Museum (I booked it last time but didn't go), especially given that I am now a member.

Oh boy, we were warned. Flight is extremely bumpy. Signing off until landing!

And given that I absentmindedly took the wrong tram last time I double checked this time. Lol.
