Any restaurant, national chain or favorite fast food joint from your hometown is fair game. Just idle thought here but for shits and grins what would be your choice?

Personally, I'd love to see a 30-story Bob's Big Boy statue tower over the strip. Tacky, hell yeah. Awful food, yep. But just seeing a gigantic burger toting Bob would be awesome.

The only place I wish would open a branch in Las Vegas is Sammy's Roumanian Steakhouse/cabaret. But I have a feeling I would end up feeling disappointed and remorseful that I had suggested it, if it were to come to fruition.

    1. Some kind of traditional New York Deli.

    2. There was formerly a chain named JoJo's. Not really that different than Bennigan's, Friday's, etc. Except, no place made a Monte Cristo quite like JoJo's.

Best delis are off strip: Bagelmania, Bagel Cafe, and Weiss's.
I once knew someone who said his 2 favoritesm things about Jojo's are that it's open 24 hours per day, and it's open 365 days per year.

I used to frequent Bagelmania when I was local and worked at the Boulevard mall. Memories of what feels like a lifetime ago, lol.

    Trader Vics!

I’ve never been to one. I think the closest is the Atlanta one and I fear what will happen to it with this pandemic.

Ladies getaway, somewhere on the strip with a pool :)

Instead of chain places, I would sure like to see more individually-managed places like the former casino coffee shops, retro-styled or not.

A return of the Monte Carlo Room that graced DI would be great. In the DI would be better.

And right across the street from that, the strip really needs a Big Chicken, like the one at the Marietta KFC. :D

Margarita's from the dusty old Frontier. Those who have eaten there will understand. The rest...I am sorry but I just won't be able to explain it to you.

WP_20190223_20_06_50_Pro (2) - Copy.jpg While this restaurant is not retro or widespread, I've always thought it would be perfect for Vegas. It has a Vegas vibe, with an aquarium bar and various cultural inspired accessories, like this Elvis picture.

Once upon a time in Columbus, Ohio lived the Kahiki. This was an over the top tiki bar and restaurant that was absolutely ridiculous.

Not what you expect to see in Columbus Ohio.

Cleveland just lost Sokolowski's after almost 100 years in business. This was a cafeteria style restaurant with a focus on Polish and Eastern European foods. Huge portions of stuffed cabbage, pierogi, paprikash, etc made my belly happy. I would love to see something like that in Circa.

I'm personally not getting the "retro" aspect of fast food folks can get at home/many other places.

A real NY/NJ style Greek Diner, with generic booths, a quick serve counter, and 500 things on the menu that are all somehow executed well at reasonable prices.
