View attachment 140129 Saturday will forever be known for food and Vp. First thing I did was go get wife and I some coffee. Then hit Flamingo for , what I was hoping, would be a continuation of some brief good luck I had Friday night. A couple of quads and a few flopping 3 of a kind and not catching

I may have accidentally duplicated some hands. But I don,t know how to delete them. Lol.

By now the entire crew had arrived. 4 daughters ( Shiana, Laneesha, Melzetta, Ashley) 1 niece ( Darnesha) and 2 BFF ( of Melzetta ( Daija and Marcus). To top off the trip , my 34 yr old son Erie, surprised us by flying in from Buffalo t join in the anniversary / birthday celebrations. When he showed up at Sugar Factory you could have knocked me over with a feather. ( exam Monday on who’s who in my family) .

Original plans were to celebrate Melzetta’s 32rd birthday on Monday, at Hexx, but 2 of her sisters would be gone by then . Soooo they decided they wanted to do the Sugar Factory at the Fashion Show Mall

I must say, I was impressed with the service and the food. They first brought out 9 bottomless mimosas in HUGE glasses.

 

After recieving these huge drinks ( water for me....the only driver btw) we ordered. I oredered chicken and waffles. Kim ordered multi colored sliders and Ashley ordered ( heck I can’t remember ). We had 3 tables ( 3 and 4 and 3 people per ). I know chicken and waffles was the most common but Laneesha had a donut burger!,,

 

Had forgot my chicken waffles.

After brunch the ladies went shopping and I went to Westgate. I had my daughter Laneesha there her first 2 nights on a comp so I figured I’d go give them a bit more play. Quads and near quads for a while

 

Went back to Flamingo and got my bets in for next days NFL games. Then got ready for dinner with Kim and lil sis at Bugsy and Meyers.

Our host took us on a brief historical tour first

We were seated directly outside of the count room. Sort of dark room TBH but cozy
We started out with thier premium seafood platter ( Maine lobster, poached shrimp, east and west of oysters and king crab legs and crab cakes . Wife ordered scallops, I ordered 10 oz filet mignonette and sis ordered pan roasted pork chops. Appetizers came out promptly. Soon the sides arrived, mash potatoes, asparagus, lobster Mac and cheese and ( damn can’t remember ).

You may notice that there are no pictures of Lil sis pork chops. That because after 30 mins servers inform us that they are out of pork chops. It was least another 15/20 mins before our ( wife and I) entree arrived and sis substitute chicken. Almost an hour AFTER appetizers were done. Not a good look at all!

 

After the memorable meal ( it was good..just late as all be dammed). We headed to the gaming floor. I walked over to Ballys which I had learned by now always had a $15.00 craps table. Hit my 2nd repeater bet (12) for the trip $5.00 x 40. (200.00).. Pretty much played till I got tired I left maybe up 300 or so which is great for me.


Football starts in less than 10 hours so off to bed to get ready for Sunday’s NFL.

 

Great trip report, good food, gambling and family. I must admit to being a little jealous.
