Live TR & Pics Wynn Tower Suites 9/29 - 10/9

Well, that’s it for this trip. It was a dicey proposition, pun intended, right up to the last minute if I was going to come. @rooster42000 gave me a subtle nudge to come out and I am very glad I took his advice. I had a much better time than anticipated and under the circumstances, of everything that is going on out here, I had one helluva time!!

I met so many great VMBers this trip. That alone would have made my vacay a success. Throw in the Tower Suites and some incredible meals and it was a roaring success.

Didn’t break a VMB wristband this time around so there’s that as well. I’ve been wearing this wristband inside out for the past 3 1/2 trips and almost have all that glitter worn off. However, when I give it a close inspection I’m seeing little fissures in it so I imagine it will go kaput on my next visit to the valley.




So many fun things happened this trip that it will take me a while to digest them and then include them in my recap when I get home. I’ll get to it early next week. All I can wait to do right now is get home, sign into Hulu on my TV and binge some Seinfeld this weekend while catching up on some much needed sleep. Once I recover from Vegas I’ll do a thorough review of my 12 days in Vegas and post it here.

Because of a lack of strip walks and very little gambling, which was anticipated, I had a lot of downtime and for the most part stayed on property. This was completely new to me and to tell the truth I didn’t mind it at all. There’s so much to see and do here that it never got boring restricting myself to Wynn/Encore. I really tried to make this a balanced TR but it kind of ended up being Wynn-centric. After completely blowing off this TR three days ago I wanted to finish strong. Anyway, hope you enjoyed it.

Thanks for riding shotgun with me. All of your kind comments, and especially all the birthday wishes, really reminded me of how VMB is such a special community.

Thanks for letting us all tag along on such an epic 12 day trip. I have never thought I could make it on a trip that long, but after reading this it makes me want to try it! I have appreciated all of the updates and incredible report, and all of these great TR over the past week have inspired me to plan a trip for mid November.

You really have a knack for photography - thanks for sharing you photos. The picture walk-about of Wynncore was amazing - the attention to detail at those properties is incedible.

Thanks for the ride. This was an epic trip report and I got to be in Vegas mentally. I sure do miss it. Glad you had such a wonderful time and meeting other members.

Thanks for taking us along on your trip Mike, the photos are incredible as is the Wynn and Encore hotels. Man, I really hate the "go home" day....being in the casino feels so different that day than it did the night before.

 

Took me like last one hour to catch up w your TR @MikeOPensacola ... glad you are having kick ass time I’m so freaking bummed missed out hanging with @Chuck2009x & @Richard Alpert was this plan? Purposely not telling me? Lol oh man you guys are some of the best of VMB members I would love to hang w.
Also love @MikeOPensacola is low key Mr. GQ! Loved the Brioni scarf you should try his suit it’s like wearing silk very light yet fits perfect.

While I love every TR, I have to commend you for taking the time to be so thoughtful in putting yours together. Further, I know you say you're no photographer, but wow did you compose some excellent shots. I'm a millennial and my shots were pretty bad...I'm actually embarrassed. That notwithstanding, great meeting you and I hope to catch you on future trips to the land of sin!
