These are restaurants that I make sure to visit each and every trip:

    Esthers Kitchen
In and Out (don’t have them in Ohio)
    District Donuts

Besides those places I usually like to try new places each trip but these 3 are to good for me to miss.

I don't know if I have any MUST go spots, but my favs that I try to hit each trip are: Julian Serrano, Carbone, Noodles (on dim sum cart days), Tableau, and Mizumi

The last few trips I've stopped in Yermo, CA and gone to the Subway off of Ghost Town Rd on my drive into town. Sometimes on the way back home as well. Disgusting, I know.

In Vegas, I used to always hit the Bellagio buffet for years, but that slowed down as I went to Aria and Wynn more often. Last 2-3 trips and going forward I think Hattie B's will be a 99% stop each trip.

In-n-Out if we're hungry when we land. Nora's for a good modestly price meal near the Strip, or Marché Bacchus for a splurge. Onstrip, Mon Ami Gabi. We have had better meals at a dozen or more high dollar spots but never a decent value. I have yet to find excellent coffee in Las Vegas. There must be some.

I stopped at that Subway one time. As I waited in line I watched a fly crawl all over the turkey and ham. Needless to say, I left without a sandwich.

Ping Pang Pong for Chinese at the Gold Coast is a must, as is Sinatra at the Wynn for Italian. There used to be a great Indian restaurant in the Rio, but I think it's closed.

Mine have always been some of the buffets like MSS. Back in the day, I would have said El Cortez's Flame (RIP).

With so many good restaurants (new and old) in and around the Vegas area, it's not always possible to go to the same ones every trip, since I like to mix things up. Although, the ones I tend to go to most often are...

In N Out Burgers - We don't have any in my neck of the woods.
Du-Par's@Sun Coast - I like their pancakes which is one of my favorite breakfast foods.
Ondori Asian Kitchen@Orleans - Since I often stay at the Orleans, it's one of my goto restaurants.
Pizza Rock - Best pizza in Vegas!
    Lappert's Ice Cream Shop@California
