Ok, so we have a limo picking us up at the airport next Saturday. We're going to stop at Total Wine & More to pick up our booze order. But we will drink beer in the limo. Any idea where to get a cooler? I called today at they said they are completely sold out (styrofoam) until July 15th!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You could check the Liquor Library at the airport. Or look in the store directory for Town Square and see if there's any likely candidates. There's a Whole Foods store there.

I go to CVS in front of Ballys. Easy walk over bridge to Bellagio then bridge from Bellagio to Ballys and you come down from that facing CVS.

Might be quicker to walk it or cut over to the Walgreens at the Venetian.

The Walgreens on Fremont had inflated prices on soda/water, and no weekly ad or other sales (and my reference point is San Diego, so when I say inflated...:nono:). I would say that the ABC on Fremont is the better choice (lesson learned for next trip ).

I second this. When I was staying at Gold Coast last year, my sister and I went to the RIO before she left. I couldn't find a waitress anywhere and really wanted a soda, so I went to the gift shop. With the TR card (mine counts as local since I live in Reno) my $3 soda was 2.25.

If you're in the Orleans/GC/Rio/Palms area, Green Valley Grocery at the corner of Twain and Valley View was pretty good for me. Decent prices, and the guy working the counter at night was really pleasant

I would now also add the new Target on the strip which is right across the street from Park Mgm.
I haven't been yet, so I cannot talk about what they carry, but a friend who works for Target told me that it will have a lot of things that Walgreens and CVS carry, so not like the full size Target.

For the most of the things I buy it is - 1 Liter of Water is $1; big Truly's are 2/$4. Walgreens does have $1 packs of butter cookies which I usually stop there for.

Does anyone know if ABC sells those large bottles of mouthwash? The only reason I ask is because it’ll save me a walk to the CVS at TI to get water and mouthwash instead of going to the ABC at Fashion Show. Thanks.

In March I went to a near by CVS near the mgm, had decent prices you'd get at any CVS

The hotel had absurd prices, 7 dollars for a deodorant, 5 dollars for a 20 oz coke, 5 dollars for a liter of water. I stocked up as the room had a fridge.

Now that being open 24 hours is kind of a thing of the past (for now), where's a good place to pick up snacks and booze upon arriving next Thursday between 930 and 10PM? Plane lands after 830 by time we get to rental car thinking it'll be that time. Looks like all that's open is Walmart til 11pm? Vons closes 8 or 9 now?
