I was just there{Caesars} and unless it changed, the bar as you leave the lobby and towards the casino did not require any food. That's what I was told and didn't see anybody with food at the tables.

Really? I was told otherwise but it would be nice if that's the case. Honestly I rarely buy drinks anyway. I get them on the floor or I can use the 4 free I get per day with the laurel lounge beneift as long as they don't require food. Or I could just buy a $20 bottle but where's the fun in that.

And if you go during happy hour (5pm to 7pm Tues - Sat), everything is 1/2 price, including the bratwurst.

Mid day, Saltgrass in the GN was happy to sell us double fisted roadies and a bag of chips last weekend

Are you sure it was Saltgrass? They have never opened yet that I know of. No reviews on Yelp. I have been waiting for it to open.

Bumping this thread to see if cocktail table service is still happening, and whether or not bars are serving drinks without a food order.

Are all the bars open now in all the casinos or still some restrictions like food orders and such?

There are currently no food requirements to consume alcoholic beverages in any casino, bar or brewery in Clark County. I’ve visited all three types for over a week now.

Be advised, however, many amenities in casinos, including bars, tables, restaurants and others are closed, due to lack of guest demand, not due to Rona restrictions. For example, table games are only offered between 2-10 PM at The Cal, and a few hours more on the weekend. Many 24 hour restaurants in casinos and others (Peppermill) also are currently closed during overnight hours.

I had no problem finding a drink or food at the Plaza, GN, Fremont, 4 Queens and Binions as an example between the 8th and 11th. Was every single thing open, no. Were most, yes.
