Question first, does anyone know if the pet stay rooms are in the pyramid or in the tower?

Now, the fun news for me that I'll put out there in case anyone feels like reading it.
We have a family trip scheduled for December.
We are getting a house on Air BnB.
    BUT
Yesterday, my boss suggested that the company pay for me and my wife to get a hotel for a couple nights so that I could drop in on our branch in LV (just off the strip, 2 miles) so now we get a couple extra nights staying on the strip. But, since we're bringing our dog with us we need a Pet Stay room, and since most of our family plans are set for center strip and downtown, we figured this is a great chance to hang out on the north end.

Anyway, I've been looking forward to this trip already, now it turns out I'll be spending an entire week there and can't wait. But I am curious about where the pet stay rooms are

I'm not familiar with Luxor specifically, but typically the pet rooms are all together somewhere in the hotel. I assumed lower floors, but at Paris saw dogs in the middle 3rd elevators. My beef is the walk to the "pet area". It is usually quite far away from the elevators and I'd be worried that Fluffy would decide it was too far. Eek.

I know we've had a few people here travel with their pets to Vegas. I hope that they have more advice than I do. I typically bring my dog with me, but she goes to the Doggie Spa for a few days while I'm in the casino. I don't bring her to the Strip with me.

We stayed at the Linq once with two dogs 5th floor. It was a drag to say the least.

During our stay at the Rio in March, I was playing on a machine right across from the Masquerade Bar, and someone was taking their older dog towards the pet relief area, and the dog didn't quite make it. Totally let loose right in front of the bar, both ends. They had maintenance there pretty quick to clean it up, though.

Two observations: I think Cosmo has pet rooms (or at least they have in the past). Also, Luxor is nto the north end. Just want to make sure you are actually getting what you want. Luxor is the south end

Sorry, I'm an idiot. LOL I know where it is, but I got the N & S mixed up.

Yeah, we have brought our dog with us a few times. I was just curious if anyone knows if the Luxor pet stays are in the pyramid or the tower?
