I know you watch Curb Your Enthusiasm, so I think you'll get exactly what I mean when I say that seeing the packaged cookies at a fancy hotel like the Wynn immediately brought to mind the "Buck Dancer"/Pepperidge Farm cookies scene at the hotel Larry was staying at in hiding

Thanks again for sharing all of these pics, especially of Wynn's exterior and surroundings. It may have been the mother of all photo dumps, but if I may say so there cannot be too many, especially taken in your style!

One other suggestion for anyone visiting vegas soon: if you want dinner at your favorite restaurant, make an advance reservation. With limited seating and lots of people just walking up, the restaurants are all packed and tons of groups just waiting in the hallways for their names to be called.

Fantastic pics but well, for us Vegas hungry and Wynncore hungry folks there is no such thing as too many or repetitive pics.

 

Tried t get a little more sleep last night, but didn't happen. I woke up at 6 and couldn't fall back asleep. So I decided wy not go down to the casino befre getting ready for breakfast. As I had hoped, the casino was empty. Zero risk of crowds. It may have been my best decision of the trip.

Sat down at a BJ table in the high limit and started betting purples. Only played half a shoe, but it was the best half shoe of the trip. Tons of double downs, most of which i won, and I almost never busted when I did draw. I can't recall the ast time I have started with so many tens and elevens in so few hands. Obviously wish I had been betting yellows instead of purples, but I did a few two chip bets and by the end, I was up another $6500.

So that puts me in a unique position from my slightly OCD perspective. When it comes to the chips in my pocket, I am up exactly $9900! I am up almost another hundred in the sports book (cashed those tickets while I was downstairs) and I know I will get thousands more in cash from CP when I cash my tickets there later today. But still. I know I am going to hate it when I cash out my Wynn chips and I am one stinking bill away from a full stack, lol. Clearly, I have a problem . So I would say its almost certain I am going to find a hundred dollar table at Encore later in the day and try to win one chip (and if that happens in one hand, there's no way I will just stop on a winning streak!). And if I give it all back in the process, someone turn this story into a PSA.

Also, I was a bit surprised to see the table minimums this morning. i know its coming off a Friday night, but its dead down there. Nevertheless, every craps table was at $100 and the two BJ tables I walked past were $200 and $100. I would have expected that last night because it was busy, but not this early in the morning.

Anywho, back in the room to get ready for breakfast and the pool. Thinking I will bring my pool bag to breakfast so I can go straight there after I eat. Planning to relax poolside for a few hours and completing my NFL picks. After that, the afternoon will etail a walk to mid-strip to cash tickets and make those NFL bets, fnish my Wynn shopping, and dinner tonight at SW.

What an amazing start to what sounds like will be a perfect Vegas day for you -- winning, good meal, pool, picking up winning sports bets, and getting to 10K exactly or 10k+.

At the local, I had exactly 4920 in chips... I wanted that 5K band so I handed the chips and $80 bucks to the cashier. She smiled like she has seen this before. I said “me putting in 80 to get the band is cheaper than me trying to win the 80 and it all goes south...”. She laughed and said, “good for you!”

Anyways, great TR so far! Here’s to a 12 in a row bank run if that’s what you decide to do!

 

great job on winning and GETTING UP WHILE YOU ARE UP! I’m thinking the reason they have such high limit ... is it because they trying to cash in much as they can? Since last few months they lost lots of revenue? I heard lots of casinos opened (outside Vegas) but now offering high limit tables... idk I’m guessing.

@UKFanatic - Are you planning to stop @+$10,000? Might be easier/cheaper to get $100 from an ATM, buy a black chip then cash the $10,000 in chips. Take a picture of your chip porn first

 

Oh yeah, I know I can just add a bill to the chips to complete the stack. But then I couldn’t make my South Park joke!
