Just received the bicycle offer email today, same terms as what's listed, but like I said,

$40,000 in slot action to get $2,500 in FP or a scooter worth $2500? I'm not THAT much of a gambler . . . .

I received the email with the bicycle offer on July 24th in the afternoon. The offer was the same as that listed by vegasvstr earlier in this thread. The offer had shown up in my phone app before that but I'm not sure when.

Here is the a screen shot of the offer we got by email.

As others have mentioned, the 8,000 tier to get $2,500 Free Play looks like the sweet spot.

I wonder if there is a secret mid level between that and 50,000 tiers for $10,000 Free Play.

Additionally, does this offer mean there a guaranteed nominal gift PLUS the upgraded gift?

No, that particular offer is, you have to pick one. You can either take the minimum amount when you walk in, or you wait until you've hit the highest threshold you think you'll make, and then claim the corresponding amount. Or 9:00am Sunday morning, whichever comes first.

The terms are right in the same email.

Daily bonuses don't count towards the target for any of the play up promos as far as I know. it's at the bottom of the email.

Yeah, I thought about the "for a grand" thing after I posted it. There are discussions on the mountain bike forums about the minimum you can spend to get a "real" mountain bike. The general consensus is 2K. Not that this Giant beauty cost that! I posted it just to show off!

I'm bummed that the 7 Stars Signature Event takes place right before the bicycle offer, and I won't be able to do both offers.

Has anyone's host allowed them to double-book? I've doubled-dipped for the annual trip, but I haven't heard of being able to with the Signature Event + an offer.

I could get creative and book the 7 Stars event for Fri-Sun, somewhere else for Sun-Tues, then back to Caesars Tues-Fri for the bicycle offer to satisfy the 48 hours between visits. I'm doing the watercraft offer the following Monday, so would need another place to break up that stay.

But that's too much moving around in this heat and Covid. Still, I've double/triple-booked on far less in the past, so maybe...

Hmm i will be in Vegas for most of this event. Anyone know how I can opt into this offer? I don't see it in my app. Also, I only really started playing a week after these were sent out apparently.

Did you look at all your offers using a computer on www.ceasars.com ? If not, I would contact your host. If you don't have a host, I would call the CET hotel you want to stay in and contact the host on duty. Perhaps others have suggestions.

The majority of the "physical" (ie not gift cards or free play) earned with CET through promotions or the Great Gift Wrap Up are mailed directly to your home.

I'm not 100% sure everybody in the CET universe got the same offer. It may not be a good sign if you don't see it as being available.

You could call and see if they can add the appropriate code to your existing reservation (or rebook it for you). If you don't qualify, they'll tell you.

    The codes are:
    Y8BPEB2 (for bikes)
    Y8BTVB2 (for table play vouchers)
    Y8BRRB2 (for slot vouchers)

For what it is worth, customarily my wife lately has been getting much better promotional offers than I have. But I have the exact same Cycle promo offer now. I wonder if this offer is more widespread and more available.as a way to get people to gamble away.
