I went to Vegas over July 4th and there's a purchase or two I made that ended up directly on my credit card, which was held in case of a dine and dash or what have you (Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay, for example). I honestly don't remember if I ever took that receipt to the MLife Desk.

Similarly, I ate at Vanderpump in Caesars, I KNOW I presented my players card to her, but I also know mistakes happen.

That said, is there ANY way to know if tier credits were processed correctly short of writing them down and not doing any activity for a few hours and looking for the update? It's not like theres a TC history page, which there should be (like airlines do), to see...

Additionally, does anyone have the emails for both Caesars and MLife programs where you can submit receipts you know you forgot to get earnings on? Thank you!

Assuming you know for certain that Vanderpump does earn credits, not all places in Caesars do (anything with a 2-1 conversion typically doesn't earn anything), point earnings can take some time to appear from different venues up to 14 days. As far as emailing receipts, I have never had any success attempting to send receipts in, but you may be able to just hold on to the receipts and submit them the next time you go. We usually go to a Caesars properties every 3 months and my wife held a spa receipt they credited her for 3 months later. They didn't fuss about it at all.

If you have a CET host they can have the proper team review discrepancies. Though once you leave the restaurant/property it becomes much harder to deal with. Yes, there is no itemization of CET credits available for guests to view, that would make too much sense! I keep my own logs of tier credits.
Some employees can be lax about properly applying tier credits at dining outlets. They should be applied even if you are using a voucher credit, I've had a supervisor tell me that and warn me I should make sure the cashiers apply them.

My monthly statement from CET does detail points if that helps.

side note... if you did not play at CET that one meal might ding your ADT big time as a low play day.

Since you mentioned Mlife and CET - I do not know where you played. Just a thought.

I'm trying to understand dinged for no play. If you have rewards credits in your account you get dinged for using them?
Update if I go to breakfast pay with rewards on checkout day and don't play - I get dinged?

There are some hosts that say you do not. There are others that say you do.

Years ago, somebody figured out how to read your ADT when making a hotel reservation. At that time, I was going weekly if not twice a week. I would do breakfast in the morning and it would count as a day at the casino. And get averaged in. I eventually would just pay cash for breakfast - and use points another time.

What I am saying about hitting your ADT is open to debate. I never, ever use credits unless I am going to play that day as well. It is so easy to avoid that "possibility".

Some people also say the checkout day is a "play" day as well. So, if you stay for 2 nights, they actually use 3 days to figure the ADT. Again, open to debate.

@oghuman yes, if use a comp of any kind (reward credits included) my understanding is that is logged as a day you were on property. Think about the AC monthly dining offer, if you just go in and get dinner and leave without playing the casino will eventually run up no-play days for you enough to eliminate that offer.

Funny - my last trip I forgot all about the monthly dining offer and used my points. I have many days that I had no play on departing day and I
couldn't tell I was gigged. My hosts give me pretty much what I ask for, but most of the time I don't ask for much. Occasionally I will ask for a second room to be comped for friends - we (I) pay resort fee. I don't short play and I take care of my hosts. They occasionally kick-in stuff I didn't ask for like Free Play.

I think it will average out. Especially if you are already a strong player it likely wouldn't have much impact to no play on check out day (if it is counted) I avoid using my card at all on checkout day unless I plan to play.
Some areas seem a mystery though, if you park for a 3 day stay and use your card to exit will that hit more than someone that didn't park?

I can't imagine a parking or breakfast would mess up your comps. If you're worried about that you're play isn't going to get you much anyway.

I don't necessarily think you will be hurt too badly. I think it will just reduce your overall average. There is a lot of emphasis put on not having no-play days like they will kill your comps for doing it, but the reality is if I'm a 1k tc per day average players and I play 2000 TC on one day and 0 the other day, I'm still a 1000 TC per day player. For me, my play usually looks like 1100-1200TC on check in day and each day with a night attached to it. Then maybe 500ish (always get the bonus) on check out day. So my ADT for 3 nights looks something like 1150 1150 1150 500. 3950/4 is just under the 1k TC per day my host and I have discussed. I could realistically expect something similar if I did 1300 1300 1300 and 0. Possibly even if I did 2000 0 2000 0.

I also agree with you that for the average player used to being comped most things, breakfast and parking likely won't prevent you from getting comps your next trip.

That being said, in my most recent Ocean mailer for freebies, it said right in it that multiple gift pick ups without play will result in a reduction in offers. So at least at Ocean, gift pick up triggers a gaming day.
