Margaritas in preparation for the grand opening. Needs more tequila.

    They must be using Cuervo.

Maybe, but they probably weren't testing stuff in parts per trillion back in the "good old days," either.

These poor Casino owners keep pissing away money and losing. Why have they not learned the lessons of all the other fried projects in town. Half of China is under water due to biblical flooding so don't count on them visiting. We are only in six months into a situation which may last for years so owners of one of the loudest Casino's downtown thinks a world of pools will draw cash in. It would have been better to replace the Rio with Orca. Big mistake building that Downtown. I will see you at the California.

Lol. About two years ago, at Paris pool one morning, they suddenly evacuated the pool, and no one was allowed back in for 30 minutes. They didn't specifically use the Code Brown term (lol) but everyone knew what was going on. Needless to say, I didn't feel the urge to get back in the water that morning :eek:

I never understand why people crazy about pools in Vegas.
Anything linked to a "sin" or an indulgence in Vegas, I understand.
But pool? don't understand at all.

I grew up going to public pools in the summer. Never had to be evacuated. Of course the mind think was different at that time.

You need to get "day drunk" at a good pool one day and perhaps you will get it. I'm not sure anyone can explain it to you. I went to Vegas for 20 years without pool drinking. I was really missing out. Nevertheless, I try not to think about what's in there and never dunk or touch my face.

I don't get getting ceaselessly hammered in Vegas. I know people don't get our spa or golf or outdoor time, thinking it "wasted" time. We don't pool but different strokes is what life is about.

10-15 years ago getting hammered the entire trip made absolute sense to me... now, not so much!
