    My Trip Report

    Well, I have arrived to my 1st ever August In Las Vegas. And it is HOT, HOT, and hot at 112 degrees! I know, I know..its a dry heat! Ha

    SWA flight from Denver was choppy but 15m early. Budget Fastbreak Nissan Kicks ready at pickup. (Since I had a Rogue for 10 years, I was interested in this model when it came out, but alas, no AWD!)

    First stop at Total Beer &Wine, as usual. Some beer and Baileys for the room.

    Room on 13th floor again...will it be lucky still? We shall see. Unpacking and chilling for a bit, before I hit the casino later.

    New casino masks for the trip.

    Hope it's less of a ghost town than when I was there,
    Just got home today..
    Things are not looking great there,
    Freemont is kind of the opposite.
    There is such a thing as too damn crowded.

    Not much to report, I am afraid.

    I played for barely an hour, on one machine, .50 ddb. He who giveth, also taketh, to a tune of $600 and NOT one quad. Seriously?

    I went to The Cal Cafe, and got my usual Oxtail Soup for dinner, and then back up to my room, with my tail between my legs.

    I was planning on a short nap, then hit the casino for 11x pts after midnight. Well, my mind said that, body said otherwise. Stayed in bed until after 7am!

    Having some coffee and then see how a morning session treats me. <sigh>

    What's that in terms of tier credits/$? Saw some recent trip reports that $10 = 1 tier credit, but that doesn't appear to be what you got.
