    Wrap up for evening:
Played Bubble Craps at Flamingo until dinner reservation time at Bugsey. Dinner was amazing! Would have paid out of pocket for it even if not comped. Crab cake was scrumptious. Had a great meal and service! Highly recommend.
After dinner played VP at Flamingo with very little success. Decided to go for walk and wandered towards Bally's. Saw an emergency footwear kiosk for those who start off the evening in heels and can't quite make it home. Though that was not as cool as the cake, still interesting....
Stopped in Bally's....was sucked into that $1 progressive DDBP again...lost $100. Craps table limits at $15.
Went to Paris where played $25/hand double deck BJ for four hours ending up down $150.
Decided to make my way back to Flamingo...tomorrow is moving day.
Stopped at a $.25 progressive DDBP- jackpot at $1050. Put in $100 and around 30 minutes later hit my first royal and first hand pay!
I should say that the very inebriated gentleman behind me had also hit a $2000 hand pay and was in the middle of screaming at the slot ladies, the supervisor and security that he was not going to show ID or give SS# and that they were going to pay him now! So my moment kinda surreal as I hit and raised my hand and said you can see my ID lol!
Think I shamed him a little and he apologized and the handpay got done.
Played the rest of that hundred out without hitting anything else. Getting late now but as was going upstairs passed by poker area where they were spreading a $2/5 no limit game...bought in for $200 and cashed out an hour later for $512. Finally went upstairs to room. Final tally for day +1839.
Getting ready now to check out and move to Plaza. Next stop Downtown and coupons for MP.

Curious to hear about downtown. Craps should be a bit cheaper there. Maybe you can find a table.

I hear Golden Gate is a great place for craps :)

Moving day went smoothly. Checked out of Flamingo with no wait. They comped all of pool charges (about $100) and had already used remainder of RP at Bugsey to take care of extra on Diamond dinner. Got into the pool two of of the four days that tried...so not bad.

Had to pick up car from valet and then stopped for snacks and drinks on way to Plaza. Valet at Plaza not running so did self park in garage. Had to do thermal temp scanning on way into hotel. Masks fully in use on all observed. Room not ready but they did have the same room on higher floor that was ready so in room and settled by 11:30! Boom!

I really like the Plaza deluxe rooms. Just fits my needs. Attached are pictures and of my view of pool area at Circa as I know that is of interest.

Game plan is to check in at VIP services and let them know here and thank. Then wander...

Thank you everyone for the feedback and comments. Truly feel as if all of you are on my "solo" trip with me!

Craps, VP, Poker. Not afraid to chart your own course. Literate, intelligent. This is a fun report.

Would love to hear about downtown and how the pits are doing. Are the all open 24/7? Is the Plaza still not opening pit until 12pm? Are there any BJ tables without plexiglass? Any insight would be beneficial for my upcoming trip!

Room and view look great. I’d love to see the view from the room at night if you can manage later!

So made it to Golden Gate...temp wrist check at door. No plexiglass at table games. One crap table open at $10. Masks are in use everywhere. Not that crowded but it is Monday afternoon. Are there any promos for free play for boarding passes still? Can't remember...

So funny thing happened when leaving Plaza...tix from FP would not come out of machine and saw two gentlemen walking by in Plaza shirts. Ask for help...they stop go get slot manager and while waiting one sees my cards from other casinos and starts asking me questions about trip, experiences, do I have a host, where am I staying, do I like my room...turns out that it is Jonathan Jossel and Jay ( didnt get that last name). Gives me card. Very very nice gentlemen. Made my day! Told them my host is very nice so hopefully that makes it back to her...

Random VP picts attached. I have $25/day food comp and $75/day FP also. I also played Kitty Glitter when saw it in passing...lol!

@World Book Thanks for all of the updates! I hope downtown is good to you. It's a shame that limits when up, but it's understandable.

The Plaza is the one place that I've never played at downtown. I usually stick to Golden Gate and 4Q for Craps and play Deuces Wild and UTH at the D. Golden Nugget is where my wife and I play High Card Flush and Craz 4 poker. She will play craps anywhere.

I heard that the Cal wasn't opening their pits until noon as well.

If you haven't made it a block away to the El Cortez, I highly suggest it. Old place, great craps. The dealers are a lot of fun there.

    Good luck downtown!
