Had to have ID as usual and the clerk glanced at our pay stubs. Pretty sure I could have showed them just about anything as long as our name matched and they would of been ok.

    Night 1:

We arrived at LAS at 545pm. We all had just carry one so we went straight to grab an Uber to go to the Venetian. Since there is 4 of us and no one is allowed in the front seat right now we have to get UberXL and LyftXL which ends up cheaper than two rides. Uber has been a few bucks cheaper each time we have checked so we went with them. Took about 8 mins from when we ordered the Uber to its arrival.
Once arriving at the Venetian we went to check in with our Get Love offers. My husband and I both had separate reservations, one for Thursday night and one for Friday. They combined them for us so there was no need to come go back to the desk for the second night. Asked about upgrades but they weren't gonna give any complementary ones. Even a pool view was gonna be $40 extra a night. So we stayed with our comp nights with no resort fee. Went up to the room the first time...and saw that they put us in a king room instead of two queens. So back down to the desk we went. They fixed it quickly and we went back up. The room is the Luxury Two Queen Suite. We are in the Venetian tower on floor 15. We have a view of the top of the casino and the mountains. Room is gorgeous and huge!

After freshening up in the room, we made our way down to the casino. I went and signed up for Grazie as I got an email offer for $15 free play if I signed up today. Played it on a Fortune Gong slot and cashed out $30. Husband played some Bubble craps and left up $20. D is trying to learn craps so he played some bubble craps...but is still having a hard time. M played a few slots and I think is up a few bucks still.

We then decided to make our way toward The STRAT . We decided to walk, which always seems like a good idea when we start, lol. In the way we stopped for dinner at El Segundo Tacos and Margaritas. Chris got Mahi Mahi fajitas, D got steak fajitas, M got nachos, and I wasnt feeling any of it so I got a burger.

Then we finished out trek to the Strat. Went to the observation deck. Had a drink at the top. Took some pictures. Didn't do any gambling there. At this point it is midnight (3am at home), so we decide to call it a night. We grab an UberXL back to Venetian. Took about 3 mins for it to arrive. Got back to our room and crashed for the night.

Day 2 started early, not by choice. Body woke me up at 530am Vegas time (830am at home). We are trying to decide our plan for the day. Thinking pool, the wax museum, Grand Canal shops, and the see what gambling trouble we wanna get into.

Thanks for bringing up the Love Deal. I’m looking at that right now but I think it’s a BOGO now. Still, it’s a really good deal! Did they throw out any numbers on bigger suites as far as the upgrade?

Can’t wait to hear more!

Pool view was $40/night, I think strip view was like $80-100/night...and I stopped her there, cause I didn't wanna know, lol.

We were quoted $40 for strip view. Skipped it also. I didn’t really care to know anymore than that either.

Perfect, thank you. I’ve been passing on the strip view upgrade if it costs anything. I can technically go outside and see the strip! String work so far...

    Day 2:
We started the day at the Venetian Pool. Relaxed in the water for a few hours. Masks were required anytime you were out of the pool. We didn't have any issues with when we were walking to or from. But if you were nears the chairs you had to have it on even if you were social distanced. The walkway to the Palazzo pool was closed so we couldn't visit that one.

After the pool we went back to the room to freshen up. Went over to Madame Tussaud's as that was something our friend really wanted to do. It was neat to do. Wasn't spectacular but worth a look. Then we walked around the Canal shops for a bit. Stopped to grab lunch at PrimeBurger. Burger was pretty amazing.

After there we played a little at Treasure Island and Harrahs. Nothing worth noting as far as wins. We also went over to the Bellagio Conservatory to see the new display and watch the fountains.

We then went back to the Venetian to enjoy the room before we checked out the next morning.

Thanks for the Prime Burger menu. I have the b1g1 from the ACG. I hate looking cheap but I wonder if they would pack one to go for me if I dined in solo and tipped well lol

Nice reporting, love the Hello Kitty!

    Day 3:

We checked into Caesars Palace. Went to Diamond checkin and they were only allowing main person on the booking in to allow for better social distancing, so I went in while my group waited for me. There was a line but moved pretty quickly. I overheard a few people coming back down cause their room was dirty, which surprised me but the staff was handling it quickly for them. When I got up to the desk, I had all my cards ready and held a $20. Had some small talk with the clerk and asked if there were any upgrades to the Augustus tower so we could have a fountain view. She punched around on her computer for a minute and was able to get us in a standard Augustus room overlooking the fountains. Hooray! Thanked her and gave her the $20. Not sure I really needed it but I wasnt gonna be that person and be holding it and then not give it to her. Up to the room we went.

After settling into the room, we went to the Linq Promenade and had In-n-Out for lunch. After that we ventured to Flamingo to view the habitat and do a little gambling there. Nothing of big note. Friends did good on BJ. We then went back to Caesars so I could pick up my free play for the Apple giveaway. Went up to the conference room and grabbed my voucher for the $200, then down to the cashier. The cashier gave me ten $20 slot vouchers to use. Used a few of them after grabbing them. Would put one in and play until I started earning TC and then cash out. So with the first $80 of free play I cashed out $60. So not too bad.

We then just walked the strip and hopped into different casinos. I used my Konami free play as well and made about $50 off the $75. Stopped into Cosmo for a Raspberry Lemon Drop.
    20200725_172142.jpg

We had a cheap dinner at Excalibur in the food court. Played there for a bit then wandered to Luxor to check it out. Then it was back to CP. All in all a pretty good day. We all checked up on our gambling funds and are still about even, so not too bad so far.

We also took advantage of the spa tub when we got back and it's amazing!

Still have lots to show the friends over the next few days.

    Day 4:

Had another slow relaxing day. Started the day with an early lunch at Hells Kitchen. Our friends love the show and got super excited when we mentioned the restaurant while planning our trip, so I decided that's where we will use my diamond dinner. Most of us did the three course beef Wellington option. I love the sticky toffee dessert! Forgot to take pictures of this meal though.

We then decided to go visit Ballys and Paris. Played at each for a little bit. Again, nothing spectacular to note. We walked around miracle mile shops for a bit before heading to dinner. We had dinner at Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips. The food was really good and the prices were very reasonable. I had the fish and chips, and Chris got the fishwich and chips.

    received_3371307882932786.jpeg

After that we played at the Linq for a little bit until it got dark and then ventured to the High Roller. Bummed that since bars are shut down again they weren't running the Happy Half Hour but the views were still amazing. We saw the whole strip lit up and got to see the Bellagio fountains from the top as well.

After that our friends went to do the gondolas at the Venetian and we went back to Flamingo where bubble craps was not nice. We decided to call it a day after that being down some and went back to the room. We are down for the trip now, but I think only by a few hundred. So not too bad. Still have some free play to use up too.
