I swear I just saw them post a photo of that on FB or Twitter or something. Pretty sweet but that bet is out of my budget!!!

Thanks jpw711 - for some reason I focus on the silliest things about where we like to travel. We are breakfast there every morning. Overtopped the server so she was happy to see us every morning. Made up large coffees to go for the drive into Memphis etc. I just would like to be back there.

I'll probably drive by it next week, or fly to vegss. If I do drive down there, I'll verify that it is open now

Thanks- I won’t be comfortable going to Vegas yet but might be able to convince hubby of a road trip.

Do you know if your room was a pet stay deluxe? I'm planning to make a pit stop there on a Wed night next month and the deluxe rooms look more remodeled than premium on their site. Maybe I'll try a $20 tip and hope for that skyline. I see all rooms comped, but don't even see Skyline listed. A walk-in shower would be nice.

I don't think you get a butler with a pet stay deluxe room.

As far as I know only a host can book you in a skyline suite. A year ago I could book myself on weekdays, but they took that option away.

My wife thought that our room this past trip was a premium pet stay room. Only difference were the newtile floors vs carpeting.

Thanks, I'll take what they give me. I'm not sure I'd know what to do with a Butler in the Skyline Suites...

Me either. In the days when I got that suite, they would automatically do the turndown service. And I might ask them for a drink on my way to my room. But that was about it

The butler service I have used has been similar. Provide me with non- alcoholic drinks of choice, help me get things in to my room, and generally help me with routine requests. I have seen the butler help high rollers get their luggage squared away. I once tried to make small talk on the elevator to the 14th floor with a High Roller guest and they looked at me like I had the plague. These dynamics are so strange sometimes,

The butler at Horseshoe is good, but not great. He was real handy when the remote control stopped working, but he didn't get all of the wrinkles out of my Batsuit.
