There's a racehorse named Hoss Cartwright, but you forgot Adam and Hop Sing and sheriff Joe Coffey played by Ray Teal who was also in numerous westerns....

Pebbles and Bam-Bam. The others had more or less normal names.

Yes, and again, not to admit my real age. Back in those days, sponsors' products were regularly promoted by the casts of the shows, whether animated or live bodies.

The Virginian (never known by a true name) and Trampas (from The Virginian TV series)

Colonel Klink (for some reason I always picture someone hitting his helmet with a metal bar & going 'klink' lol)

Adrian Monk - such an odd combination of names. I always felt the continual brown tweed jacket & pants reminded me of a monks brown robe. Such a wonderful series. Seriously one of the best wrap-ups to a series ever. No cliff hangers, nothing left unanswered.

Melvin Frohike - anyone have that one without googling it? (And the interesting thing was that in a remake of the primary series a couple years ago the set of these guys appeared in a bar(?) scene - I was yelling at my husband 'look look look'.)

    Now I'm getting sidetracked.....

On the Vegas series after Tom Selleck becomes the boss at the Monticeto, his two poker buddies come in to play a game - played by Rick (Larry Manetti) & TC (Roger Mosley). Took a few seconds for it to hit me that it was them.

Is Rockford Files on TV anywhere or internet site that I can watch it? I really enjoyed that show.

Another I would like to find online is the Mystery Movies - Columbo, McMillan and Wife, Banacek, McCloud - those were my faves although there were a few others also.

Unfortunately we don’t get the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel. Our DirecTV dish is not HD. They tried to install one a month or so ago and they would have had to drill a new post to see if they could access it. Since we are moving in spring hubby said no. So lost my major networks on 5-31 (CBS etc) & no HD channels.
