Love the room photos but the photo of the breakfast plates with your folks was just wonderful.

Happy Birthday!! I have been married to an engineer for over 30 years and his initials are BT .............I know how you folks operate!! I will be interested to hear how the shut down of the bars will affect your trip. A birthday day is a great day for a Royal..............good luck and have fun!

You’re not late, B T’s birthday is today. I was up when the date changed from July 10 to July 11. I knew ’d forget if I waited.

I tried last week, no go, and the guy said he never heard of a CR voucher either, which I read here used to be a thing. He said the only coupon, discount, or credits they accept are the ones from their affiliate lettuceeat or something like that. It was pretty spendy, too, but I noticed a conspicuous lack of that BS fee everyone is always talking about...the one where they charge extra % off the top for being on the strip? They didnt charge me that last week. Still, it was over $50 for 2 pieces of french toast, 5 miniature waffles, 3 pieces of bacon, and 1 coffee, which I thought was kinda.... too much.

That sounds odd though too as multiple times I have used a Seven Stars dining certificate there, but in contrast to other places where they deal with it electronically you have to go to the CET rewards desk and have them print out the certificate and take the hard copy to the restaurant. I also believe MAG is specifically listed on the Seven Stars certificate/restaurant list, but with the asterisk explaining the need to do what I just described.

Sorry for the lack of updates! It is tough to update when I have to juggle with helping my parents who are still Vegas newbies! Tonight I have birthday dinner reservation at Jaleo so will post pics of that soon! Thank you all I read each one of your birthday shoutouts and made my day! Up $400 so far on the trip so that is a plus! When my parents leave home Monday I’m gonna get at it at the CP HL room! Today I just had some food comps and freeplay at Sahara and left +100. I also have about $360 bet on the ufc fights tonight with high potential payout. Will update soon.
I am sad on the bartops. At Harrah’s they removed all the bottles from their main bar however drink service on the machines have been decent
