I would LOVE that in a room. The steam is my favorite part of a spa experience before getting the treatment itself but, understandably, I don't think many casinos will have their wet areas open for a while. Having one in your suite would be great. I'd be in there every day . . .

That is all weird, indeed. Poor management by CET to have that inconsistency and interestingly, the housekeeping staff, who are presumably more junior than many of the floor staff, were more diligent.

I watched The Hangover twice yesterday. What came to mind reading your summary was "Some guys (people) just don't know how to do Vegas. . . "

This is my third Buffalo bonus of this trip to fail to reach the $2 threshold in payout!

What are your impressions of the crowd now that the holiday weekend is over? Some reports say Vegas is dead on weekdays, others say it is busy all the time.

Luxor has weird high limit table games. They're like slots.

Bellagio seemed to have an influx of new people today and last night was still difficult to get on machines we wanted during late evening into late night, but we're at Luxor now and it's pretty relatively dead here at the moment. I tried to hang at the Bellagio pool around lunch time and there werent any chairs available.

Me too. We're just about to go home to Bellagio and get all packed and ready to walk out the door for my unfortunately early departure. And I'm getting the PVD pretty bad already. I'll definitely miss it.

This is my second day in the suite and I've used it 4 times already. It's phenomenal and knowing they are legit and work like that, and that all of the legit suites at Bellagio have them, I'm very likely to push to stay there more in the future.

I love that you two are staying in THAT suite but still get excited about scoring two gelatos for $6.77. (And LOL because we're the same way!)

Thoroughly enjoyed your TR, safe travels back to our glorious state. I’m hoping to enjoy myself half as much as you two did in a few weeks..btw setting records here and not in a good way. You may want to stay longer.....

Takes money to make money! And my dad always told me "son, you don't get rich by wasting money," and if I can quote the simpsons parody of Bill Gates, "You didnt think I got rich by writing a lot of checks did you?!?!"

The bad part about Tallahassee is, it's 200 miles from the closest real city in any direction. The good thing about Tallahassee is, it's 200 miles from the closest city in any direction, and I live almost 10 miles outside of it in an unincorporated fly spec on the map. But yah, not good. I'd stay if I could have this room a little longer. I'm still working remotely. Sounds ok to me!

This was the crosswalk at Bellagio way by Cosmo Boulevard entrance when we came home at 9pm Monday...

Luxor at night, looks so cool in person.

We had dinner at Public House. We were trying to have a nice mundane American food dinner. I have a really sensitive stomach and got to fly early in the morning. Turns out they have almost nothing on the menu that doesnt feature jalapeno or it's more dangerous sister, chipotle. I had the Cobb salad because it was the least dangerous thing on the menu, but even that featured a jalapeno ranch dressing. I asked if they could give me regular ranch. They said yes. It was delivered with jalapeno ranch. Fortunately I noticed. Dinner was about a 3/10 for me. L's stuff looked ok but had beans and spicy meat and jalapeno in everything. We used a 20 off $40 MyVegas reward and our bill was $41 so it came out to $21.

We had a reservation; they reserved us a small table on an island. Props for that, Public House!

In case anyone was wondering, neither that fire access panel nor that bare wall is an elevator.

Sad day. Not sure if this has been discussed on VMB or not, but according to our hip long time local cabbie, Blue Man Group will not return to Luxor if or when shows resume in Vegas.

This suite has a private mini hallway to the entrance featuring a botanical display.

So stoked they are doing the every 15 minutes fountain shows tonight. It said on the fountain channel they are only doing that Friday thru Sunday right now, and hourly 3 to 8pm the rest of the week, so I was kinda bummed I thought we'd seen our last night time show last night, but we've watched at least 5 more from the room since we got home this evening. What a great bonus! Just saw god bless the USA ... how patriotic.

Woke up early enough to get one last view of Vegas all lit up! Well, some lit up? Ballys sign was on and a few lights at Cromwell, but Planet Hollywood was almost completely lights off for our stay. Tropicana still has a giant heart made of lights in different rooms turned on. Got to leave for the airport in a little under an hour.
