This definitely opens up the door to make the pool topless.

yea but this is like the HBO show Real Sex; great in theory, but the execution makes you wish it didn’t happen.

Good point. No matter how you try, you can't unsee some things. Nine tipulis and nine tipilis? Sounds a little complicated.

So I would take it that this would include the restaurants. Which to me is a shame actually. Most parents have well behaved children & this prevents them from enjoying what would likely be great new places to eat. I'm reading it as a blanket statement for the property, but maybe I'm interpreting it wrong?

These rooms must be for the 21 to 39 year old demographic. I can't imagine getting one of these rooms
on a Friday night when the hotel desk agent says " Oh sorry, we only have Bunk Bed Rooms left... have fun!" Falling into and outta bed will have new meaning but on the other hand, social distancing with your escort will be way easier.

I can not even imagine wanting to stay in a Bunk Bed room.
    Seems like Summer Camp.
Maybe Party hearty guys, but not gals.

I'm a strip gal, almost solely due to rooms. That room sketch/prototype could absolutely sway me into trying downtown, if this is what they look like!

Ok, maybe. The other problem, comped on strip, newbie downtown.

But still, thumbs up on the below, it's actually a really neat layout for my tastes! I like extra space, but I am one of the weirdos that prefer a mini suite to a closed off suite.... this, is a neat blend of open but separate areas.

They tell me (the ubiquitous "they") that the pool at the Artisan Hotel (a smaller hotel at Sahara and route 15) is indeed "European", at least at times. It's apparently well-shaded and not visible from outside of the grounds.

However, "they" also tell me that it seldom, if ever, resembles a casting call for a pr0n flick! :) I suspect the same will be true if this happens at Circa. :)

Multifarious5, that picture looks ok, a little separation between the bed area and the rest of room.

However, all the other photos of rooms, show NO separation between bed and other "living spaces'", which is not the greatest type of room for non-spouses, etc...

The suite layout at GG is the same, all open, nothing between bed and rest of room.. Okay for just me, but not if I was sharing the room, or if spouse/SO wanted to sleep and you wanted to watch tv.

I have kids, I've been taking them to Vegas since they were young, and I'm perfectly ok with this policy. There are plenty of other places we can stay, and it's ok to have some places where kids are not permitted. I am frankly surprised this is the only hotel in town to have such a policy. In any event, I don't particularly like staying downtown anymore, especially with kids in tow. Aside from the container park, downtown doesn't really have much to offer in the way of family entertainment anyway.

In any case, I object to the neglect, dereliction, and eventual dismantling of the Las Vegas Club. But that's yet another topic for another thread.

Yes, the 5 restaurants are adults only, but I don't think they are breaking any new ground here. There are hundreds (thousands?) of other restaurants in the city to choose from that probably are not too different.

That said, I'm looking forward to trying Saginaw's Deli .... my kids will just have to wait. In the meantime, we can all go to the Bagel Cafe and everyone will be happy.

Well, I can see the point. I used to be a school teacher, and like kids... in the right context. But if I'm trying to relax and enjoy a nice, expensive dinner, the last thing in the WORLD I want around is some brat screaming just for attention, or an upset, wailing toddler. I wince at the mere thought of it.

I can’t wait to see the reviews. Least expensive room starts at 179.00. NYE 999.00. Hope it works out for the Circa!

Geez, where do you live? I'm pretty tolerant of kids, but most of them nowadays need a good whipping...especially when they're in restaurants.

I'm pretty sure my girlfriends and I would have totally stayed in something like this in our twenties. Now approaching 40 - this sounds awful, but back then we'd squeeze as many people as possible into a hotel room to save the cash for other pursuits.

Suffice it to say, lots of kids were Nevada bred, and born elsewhere!

Not to sound anti-kid (I used to be one, for crying out loud), but there is little for them to do downtown. And even on the Strip, where there's more activities for them, I would think most kids would rather go to Disney.

No offense to people that love this idea, Im indifferent. I dont have nor will ever have or travel with kids but downtown especially, I dont see too many kids inside hotel/casinos. Fremont St yes, inside casinos, not so much. No big deal to me and Im sure not a big deal to most.
