So, just to clarify for ya'll - I fast from 9pm-2:30ish pm in my daily life. I have a protein shake at 2:30 when I break the fast and then I have a healthy dinner of lean protein and veggies at 8:30pm. This has served me well to the tune of 30 pounds gone during quarantine and getting to my lowest weight in almost 14 years (Yay!). I'm not necessarily looking for an exact replica of what I'm doing at home. I do want to enjoy my time and not be a slave to the foods I can/cannot eat. I just would like some places that have some healthier offerings than the "norm" in Vegas. And you all have supplied me with some great options for doing that. I'm so grateful!!! I can still do my IF and that will help keep me on track. I'm not going to be so strict as to be a stick in the mud on vacation. ;)

Also most steakhouses you’re can get a petite filet and asparagus. Just ask to go light on the butter and it should be pretty low cal/carb. Steakhouses normally have a bar to sit at too for solo diners, that have welcoming bartenders.

We visited Vegas four times since January 2019 and stayed on the strip one time at the MGM. I didn't like the strip. Too much walking for nothing. I looked for breakfast around five or six in the morning. Couldn't find anything. Its a 24/7 casino town but seems to run on the 9 to 5 schedule. (Many people on this board know the strip better than me and will have more information) I would pack a cooler for essential foods you need for a strip stay to stay on your program. All the people I have known to succeed like you have in you health plan around the gym always have the cooler in the back seat. My Best experience was my first solo trip downtown. There is a Mexican place that is open 24/7 and that is pretty much what I ate. Didn't matter if it was Midnight or 5 A.M.. I was staying at the El Cortez and playing at the Main Street end. The taco place was right in the middle. Downtown has vegetarian and mom and pop healthy choices in the neighborhood too. There is a COSTCO is on the other side of the highway opposite The STRAT area. Have the UBER take you there and stock up.
El Gourdo is down on the strip in the middle. People alway bring that up. If you have a car you can reach amazing restaurants near the strip. The Fat Greek was our latest find.
Under the current conditions and closing the cooler may be key.

Although my wife and I don't fast, we do eat light during the day and try to have a larger, relatively healthy meal at dinner. Some of the best options, albeit expensive, are going to be the steakhouses. Most are a la carte so you can order a protein and veggie with no problem. One of my go to meals is a shrimp cocktail appetizer, steak, and a veggie. Also, most steakhouses have a few seafood options that are usually prepared grilled, not covered in a heavy sauce. I have eaten at most every steakhouse on the strip and have never had a problem eating healthy if so desired.

Also, while I personally don't choose to eat healthily there, Fogo de Chao on Flamingo has a pretty good lunch buffet / salad bar for under $20 on weekdays that has several options that are much wiser than those from which I choose. It's also much more civilized than a casino buffet.

If any of the high-end casino buffets are open (Wynn?) that may also be a good option.

These probably demand the concept of "moderation" which I don't really get.
