So when you get 60,000 TC you are now eligible for an airfare credit of upto $600 to Las Vegas?

Does that take effect as soon as you pass 60,000?

Does that mean you would get it this year and next year as well, like the celebration dinner?

Is it only your airfare or if you and your spouse fly together would you get up to $600 off total between you both?

you can use it for 2 people. I did. when i made it in 2019 my host said i had to wait till the offer downloaded and i was able to use it in feb 2020. he also stated if i make it in 2020, i use that in 2021 [if that is wrong, let me know). You have a choice of paying your own airfare and getting up to $600 in free play, determined what you paid in airfare, or having your host or VIP services booking it for you. As a side note, you CAN attach an offer to this.

I'm guessing the $600 airfare is for ONE trip. I like to fly frugally and am Elite with Frontier so $600 could give me quite a few trips...but I'm sure I would get one trip up to $600. If I made elite would it be better to try and get the freeplay?

I prefer to have them book the trip so i get points on SW. also, on freeplay you don’t get tier credits as you are playing it through. that’s just me though. I know a lot of people like to get reimbursed in freeplay. From what I understand, you get freeplay in the amount you paid for your ticket.

So, if I make Diamond Elite by end of Summer and will be traveling back at least 2 more times this year after making it, I still can't use the credit until next year?

All I know is when i made it in 2019 my host had to wait til 2020 to book it. It might have been because it was a new benefit.

If you are a Diamond member that earned at least 75,000 Tier Credits in 2019, you could begin redeeming your $600 Airfare to Las Vegas benefit any time after January 15, 2020.

Any Diamond member that earns at least 60,000 Tier Credits in 2020 should be able to redeem their Airfare to Las Vegas benefit no later than the end of the following week after they earned the Tier Credit threshold.

I booked my flight for next week. Host said to go to the TR booth for reimbursement. I have no reason to anticipate any issues with this. We shall see. Historically I have had a host book it on their end. This time I am taking the reimbursement at the booth. I shall advise how it goes.

Did this in February, make sure you print and take a copy of your flight receipt/itenary. I think you can email, but was easy to just hand them. Also, if getting reimbursed in FP make sure your do so at the casino you want to play at or ask before they fill out the paperwork (They should be able to give you a voucher for any casino cage, but they seemed confused on that so I just took a voucher for the casino the TR booth was in [PH])

I believe the TR booth will only give a free play reimbursement, not cash?

I forwarded the email from my phone while at the rewards counter, for my redemption. They had me sign a form, and I took it to the cage.

I wanted to note that instead of the usual paper vouchers that I typically receive, the cage gave me $600 in coins. So, I do recommend redeeming at the casino you plan to use the FP at, if utilizing it for table play. The coins are “play till you lose” like the vouchers, but couldn’t be used at any other Vegas property.

We always drive as we live in the Phoenix area. My host told me he will arrange for us to get the $600 in Freeplay when we plan on being in Vegas.
