    Can anyone tell me what number to call to get through to the hotel,I need to cancel my room reservation for my upcoming trip.My flights have been cancelled and not sure when they will start back up from the UK. I have already paid for the room.I shall be calling from Scotland.Thanks for any help.

    Thank you.I was going to call them as have paid already and wasn't sure what would happen about getting refunded.

    You might mention that you flights have been cancelled. In April, my flights to Japan were canceled, so I had no way to fulfill my reservation, which was already paid for. The hotel graciously (I had to whine a little) refunded the full amount.

    Phoned today,room cancelled,refund issued.Not sure when we will be re-booking,but can't wait to go back.
