Are both bars at the 4Q open? I'll be there next week.

Yes. Plenty of good seats still available.

Do they have the doors open by the King's Bar? I always enjoy sitting there in the mornings but I figured it would be closed due to temperature checkpoints.

You're right. Maybe I have you confused with that other Don who's a Mets fan since you are Don the Yankees fan. I get you two guys confused :).

So I'm glad the comps are coming back strong with the two priorities. It's a good opportunity for those going out soon.

@Don the Dentist understand you are a Vegas resident. I saw the below promo for the Four Queens wherein for June, July and August one can get up to $400 in free play if you hit 4,000 points. Do you know if Binions also offers that promo since they are sister properties?

I can help with that. They actually do have the same offer, it's on their Facebook account right now.

    Thanks @nfajgmbr03 !

I found it on the Facebook account as you said. I pasted it below for the reference of others. In July I will plan on staying with the Wife at Palazzo but am thinking of putting in some time at Binions in light of this promo and upgrade my average play there for future marketing offers.

You bet. My offer from them ended up being $90 FP and $50 FC but to be honest I don't know how much coin-in I put in there. Last December was the first time I played there with a card and it was because I won a contest playing on their app. They gave me 2 free nights, a nice jacket and $100 at the steakhouse. It was a great time and even though the 4Q has better VP it was still pretty kind to me. I'll find out this weekend based on my points what I ran through there. I only played video poker so it'll be easy to figure.

Both the 4Q and Binions offers are really great. Especially since you can redeem the free play in $10 increments. Kudos to the marketing department. Good job.

I got the below mailer yesterday from Binions. Based on the offer code, I guess I am currently at "Sapphire" level. I hope to upgrade with more action when I head back in July.

When I called last week they gave me the same offer. My previous mailer was 2 nights and $80 FP. The same applies to my 4Q offer as well. I'm happy with the FC but I sure wish the FP was for each month. At least the promo allows you to accumulate FP. I have yet to receive either mailer though.

I hope that Binions and Four Queens have fully fixed their database issues suffered before the shut down. I find it odd that these two casinos have been issuing decent offers to entice customers back to the casinos at the beginning of the restart but other Vegas casinos (I am looking at you CET and MLIFE) are making offers that are the same or less than offers I was receiving prior to the shut down.

I think that's the difference in volume for the casinos. 4Q and Binions can't hold near the amount of people as CET and MGM properties. Plus if you consider the D and Golden Gate doubling free play this month, I think downtown knows they really need to get people interested in gambling downtown. I don't do it myself but I see a lot of people go downtown just to get a few beers and listen to concerts. They might not spend a lot of money but it's a lot of people that spend some money. I'm sure they are missing some of that and trying to spur up more actual casino business in lieu of these folks being gone.

Either way I'm good with all the promos and offers. BTW, Sunday and Tuesday in June for Boyd is 11x points for VP and slots. No limit on points and not a bad promo.

I just got the Diamond mailer from Four Queens. Out of all of the Downtown casino properties, the TLC properties are by far working the hardest to entice guests to stay and/or play with them this summer. Besides them, only the Plaza has come close to offering more than their usual. I would be leaving way too much on the table to give Four Queens less than two nights -- and I would still be leaving too much on the table when the dust settles.

How much average play would you say gets you Diamond level offers?

I believe the minimum would be somewhere between 1200 and 1500 points per gaming day on average -- and be sure to not have any low-play days and stay close to 1200-1500 points each day.
