I posted the limitations in the original 5X TC thread, but now that it's official, I thought that it deserved it's own thread with the full T&C.

    The fine print (T&C)

No registration required. Promotional day earning varies by property, please contact Caesars Rewards Center for details. A maximum of 5,000 Tier Credits will be awarded per day. A maximum of 25,000 Tier Credits will be awarded during the entirety of the promotion across all participating properties. A maximum of 10,000 Reward Credits® will be awarded per day. A maximum of 50,000 Reward Credits will be awarded during the entirety of the promotion across all participating properties. A maximum of 10,000 Great Gift Wrap Up Points will be awarded per day. A maximum of 100,000 Great Gift Wrap Up Points will awarded during the entirety of the promotion across all participating properties. Earnings at other participating properties will apply to the multiplier maximums. If a member is offered more than one multiplier during the promotional period, the highest multiplier will be applied during the higher multiplier’s promotional period. Tier Credits, Reward Credits, and Great Gift Wrap Up Points must be earned on slots and table games to be eligible. 1X Tier Credits, Reward Credits, and Great Gift Wrap Up Points are earned on the promotional day and the remaining (4Xs) Reward Credits, Points, and Tier Credits will be loaded to members' accounts within 30 days of the promotion’s conclusion (may be uploaded in multiple increments). Offer valid at participating Caesars Rewards properties. Not valid with any other Tier Credit or Reward Credit bonus programs, including corporate bonuses. Caesars Entertainment reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time. Must be 21 years or older to gamble and participate in promotions. 5X Multiplier promotion valid through June 30, 2020.

    So, in short.

    1)No double dipping
    2)Limits on all promotional earnings.
    3)50,000 RCs is worth $500
4)100,000 GGW points is worth about $300 in VISA gift cards.

I've already made my limit for the year, so no need to play in this promotion.

So if I read this right:
    • Earn 1,000 TC in a day get 5,000 total tier credits instead of 1,000, but no longer get the 1,000 bonus TC normally earned
    • Earn 2,500 TC in a day get 5,000 total tier credits instead of 2,500, but no longer get the 5,000 bonus TC normally earned
    Am I correct????

I don't think that there is a change to the daily bonus structure, it's just that you don't get any multiplier on the bonus credits.

The way I calculate it is:

    1000TC in a day would net you 6000. 1000 regular + 4000 multiplier +1000 bonus

    2500TC would net you 17,500 2500 regular + 10000 multiplier + 5000 bonus

    I just got my email.
It's a hell of an incentive to get people in...to max it out gets you diamond (if you aren't already) & $500 RCs. Nice.

The email I got was only for Las Vegas properties
Play your favorite slot or table games at any participating Las Vegas Caesars Rewards®

My local isn't open yet, so I hope they have something once they do. I won't make it to Vegas in June.

I disagree, but I may be wrong. The limit on the 5X promotion is 5000 per day. The way I read it, it would be like this:
    2500TC would net you 12,500 2500 regular + 5000 multiplier (the daily limit) + 5000 bonus

Also, in typical CET fashion, their email is contradictory....

The top part says this: "Swipe your Caesars Rewards card at any of the participating Las Vegas Caesars Rewards kiosks or accept the 5X Multiplier offer in the Caesars Rewards Mobile App." - But I can't find it in the mobile app

The fine print says this: "No registration required."

Hmmmmm. Looking at that you may be right. Therefore, It would limit the maximum that you would be able to play and get the maximum bonus to 1000TC per day.

IMHO, it's really a shame when they don't provide an example of the earning rate on the promotion. For the 10X promotion it was easy.

It is kind of funny that they made the RC maxes twice as high as the TC maxes.

OK, I sent an email to CET asking them two simple questions:

1)If I earn 1000 TC in a day, what will I net for the promotional day?

2)Is that the maximum that I can earn for the day?

I tried not to inject any of my thinking, and hopefully that will get us a straight answer.

I will let people know when I get an answer.

What's interesting is that they mention that 25,000 is the max. I think they messed up their math. The interesting thing is are they multiplying the 1,000 by 5
and is it that you got 6,000 or 5,000. What I mean is it:
    1,000 X 5 = 5,000 plus normal bonus = 6,000 -
    OR
    1,000 X 5 is 5,000 added bonus plus 1,000 earned = 6,000 plus your normal 1,000 = 7,000.
    Added:
So he question is the normal 1,000 bonus suspended?
Does that make sense to anyone?

They are big boys and girls but part of me wants to say sometimes "God help the marketing people at CET. . . " LOL. Clarity rarely seems to be CET's strength.

Nice promotion though at this point -- per an email I received from my host -- AC casinos won't be opening until some time after June so I won't be able to take advantage of it. Hopefully they will have something AC-specific for July and early August given the casinos there won't be open in June.

My host called me the other day and said she thinks you don’t have to register or swipe and it’s automatic. That’s different than any other promotions they have done. She also said all this is new so nobody really knows how it’s going to work lol.

I understand that they're trying to woo people back to the casino and give them a reason to come back to Caesars properties. But I think the problem is that the people who do these promotions don't gamble enough to understand how the system works now. They need to have some
regular players at each tier level to review the wording of the offers and understand the nuances of various benefits. It seems like every time they come out with an offer they either promote it incorrectly or put the important part in small print at the bottom of a large paragraph.
They did a similar offer in February in AC they had a 5X multiplier but the small print at the bottom of the page said the most they would multiply is 1,000 tier credits. I took a day trip to hopefully get about 2,500 or more tier credits. I and several other 7* players went there and found out that it was 5,000 max bonus points. I had other plans the rest of that weekend. I wouldn't have went. It took me over 3 1/2 hours each way and it just wasn't worth it to me. I had other plans the rest of that weekend.

It says points must be earned on slots or table games.......video poker credits are not multiplied?

Yup...almost seems deliberately ambiguous and confusing. Guaranteed, when knowledgeable players start asking, the booth workers will either: not know what you are talking about, pretend like it’s not a big deal they don’t have an answer for you, and/or just start spewing out answers that sound authoritative but are purely made up. Ask 5 CET employees and you will get 5 different answers.
