Well, now that my May trip is probably canceled, I can look forward to Caesars on July 25th.

First time staying at Caesars & I'm not a big eater in terms of mass and wanting to have a 90 minute meal. I also don't want to eat at the food court the whole time. Any middle of the road suggestions?

Three suggestions: Cafe Americano (its a standard cafe; portions might be a little larger than you want, but its not like you are eating at a buffet), Searsucker, and NOBU

Great Italian at Trevi out in the Forum Shops. Ask for a table by the railing and it's a great place to people-watch.

Old Homestead steakhouse is excellent, but quite ex$pen$ive!

Giada has an option I enjoy, I believe it is Pronto.

OP didn't say price was an issue, but I didn't include Old Homestead because I have never had a fast meal there. Is the service relatively speedy at the bar?

Never eaten at the bar there, sorry. I don't remember table service being particularly slow, however.

Someone said it above, but don't forget about the mall. Sitting at the bar at somewhere like Carmine's could be a good fit for you.

Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab in the Caesars Forum Shops. Really love this place. A vendor always paid for it, so I can’t talk about price. I think it was pretty expensive.

Edit: whoops this is not a middle of the road option. Go to Bacchanal Buffet when they reopen. Food selection good/tasty. I won’t eat just to maximize my $.

    Lunch at Mesa Grill.

Ramsey's pub was so so, my burger was lacking, maybe the cook was having a bad day. Really like Ramsey's Burger at Planet Hollywood.

The problem with Carmine's is that there are no individual meals. All family style. To make it really work, you need a group of 4 or more. It's challenging even for a couple, when you don't want exactly the same things.

If you like spicy, the Hell's Kitchen Burger at Hell's Kitchen is wicked good. It's only available during lunch hours though.

I'll second Nobu and Searsucker, and I like Mesa Grill, too. Hell's Kitchen is decent but I found it unremarkable; I'm very much not a fan of the Pub.

I second that. Can't beat their Wagyu steaks, seafood, etc.. they have quality and variety.

Caesars is my home base in Vegas and I prefer the quick eats at places like Earl of Sandwich or the buffet at Bacchanal. I do know some have to have a proper restaurant so for that I understand the other options mentioned above.

I ate at the bar solo on my last trip in early March. I had a steak, one side. My food was delivered less than 15 minutes from sitting down at the bar at 4:30. I though it was a great experience. The bone in filet and brussel sprouts was slightly under $100. I'll be back for sure at some point.

I also had the bone in filet and duck fat fried fries there in early March. This was my first time there. I usually just grab something quick to eat from places but if I want steak again, I’ll return to old homestead

Steakhouse bars are one of my favorite places to dine solo. That's usually around how Jean-Georges at Aria is, and I don't even eat beef; I generally go for the fried chicken with a side of the mashed potatoes (I wish they'd do what Bavette's does and make it included in the dish, but it's mostly butter and definitely worth it).

Joe's is definitely not a "middle of the road option" but it can be had at a "middle of the road price". We love Joe's and eat there a couple times a year. I've had just about everything on the menu and one of my favorite things is their Fish and Chips. I think it's about 25 bucks. Pair that with a slice of Key Lime Pie and you've got a great meal at a great price!!!!!!!

We enjoy GR Pub very much but try and get toward the back area. Cafe Americano is a really nice place and we love Rao’s. Old Homestead is one of the top steakhouses in Vegas IMO but as stated very expensive. That said, our 2 go to places are GRPub and Rao’s. Enjoy.
