Haha I always hated Jordan as a kid. I hope that it goes into how his baseball career was a cover up for when the league caught him gambling on basketball games.

Honestly, I don't care about watching this. This had been shelved for over 20 years, and now digging it out due to lack of other sports programming

That's not the reason they created this, they are just releasing it early due to the lack of sports, which I am very happy about.

Its no different than any other multi part doc that ESPN produced years after it happened. Should be worth a watch, but by the time this is over sports will *hopefully* be back in some capacity. If it isn't, ESPN is in trouble.

This is going to be good, I've prerecorded it. I believe there will be 10 episodes.

As a Chicago kid in the 90s, nothing was more important in my life at that time than the Bulls. I’ve since read about the drama and personality clashes, but it’ll be nice to see it all packaged together so tightly with the major players participating.

Given that the documentary will focus on the the Bulls' final title season ('97-98), it's unlikely that there will be anything more than a passing mention of MJ's brief baseball career.

I think the series is going to cover a lot of the background (saw clips of interviews from Jordan's UNC days). So who knows

Well, I live in Chicago but I am not a basketball fan, I do not follow the Bulls and I have never been a Jordan fan. So, I doubt that I will be watching this.

It WAS captivating. My take-away--Jerry Krause was an idiot. The Bulls could have won eight or nine titles, if he would have gotten his head out of his butt, kept Phil, paid Scottie, and filled in pieces where ne needed to. It seemed like he wanted to rebuild another team without those guys, and as we saw, THAT didn't work out so well.

I agree Krause really messed up. But that said, would they have won two (or three!!!!) more titles after the 98 championship? I'm not so sure. I remember that team being gassed by the end of the second threepeat. if you don't recall (or didn't see it when it happened), I assume this docu-series will show some of that. They got a bit lucky to get past the Pacers to even reach the finals in 98. Scottie was absolutely broken down by the end of the season (he could barely jump) and his next two seasons showed definite decline in his play. Rodman was already bristling to get away from a rigid team (remember, in the 98 season, he was disappearing at times to go off and party with Carmen Electra) and his next couple seasons were, at best, mercurial (his stints with the Mavs and Lakers). The rest of the team didn't have stars. They had nice role players. But the Bulls needed peak, or near peak, Scottie and MJ to win those last two titles. I believe MJ could have come back strong, especially since the next season was shortened and started late. I think maybe they win that seventh title. But eighth and ninth??? Come on! Look at the top teams they would have had to beat: a really fantastic pacers team that they barely got by in 98, and a Lakers dynasty that included apex, in -shape Shaq as well as Kobe becoming one of three best players in the game at the time. And those are only the finals teams they would have had to compete with (I admit, they would have beaten those Nets teams). There was also the Spurs and Kings rising as real contenders at that time. I love a good sports debate. But I think your opinion is a bit hyperbolic.

krause classic little man napolean syndrome. even if yo aint a sports fan this is fascinating.. a Michael Jordan is just relentless in his hate on krause.. just lays on him hard every chance.
especially one .. where he is next to krause who is taking some pills and Jordan says something like "are those the pills you take to keep you so short?"

seeing all the old sportscasters and I laughed so hard seeing that one small segment showing bob costas lol that hair!!
