They have a regular video of this tune but I like this LIVE TV version of it better. Turned me on to this Couple. Just his guitar and her keyboard & drums rockin it out. Shovels and Rope.

Dang it, I keep thinking of new ones.

Phil Keaggy is a guitar virtuoso. Largely a one man show these days, and he does a lot of looping. Check out his band "The Glass Harp" from the early 1970's.

He sounds like Paul, too! Lucky enough to see him a couple times. It is something to see all his machinery to create walls of sound. They asked Jimmie Hendrix what it felt to be the greatest guitarist- he said you'd have to ask Phil Keaggy that question!

That reminds me! Albert Castiglia Band - Bring On The Rain

They are only a trio, but have a really "big" sound! I don't know any other way of putting it, but these guys just f'n rock!

I was lucky enough to see them live in February (wow, one of my last big social events for quite a while) at the Blues Festival in Des Moines. I had to jump some hoops and re-arrange my schedule to go to this, but I'm **REALLY** glad I did!

Hey TD Did you by chance like 'The Cure' back in the day? Modern English at all? This is from 2014 but it is late (or early?). Different video. Fullscreen it.
Got headphones on? Put 'em on. I swear I hear an exhale sound right in the beginning ;) Yep and see faint smoke. Cool. Or is it just me? lol

Some great music on this thread! Some new and some I'd forgotten how good they were.

My first pick is the Delta Bombers from LAS VEGAS! :woohoo: I love this song, not too sure how obscure they are but I'd never heard of them until about a year ago.

My next pick is the band DOLL$BOXX from Japan. You're going to have to bear with me a bit on the intro, but I promise the vocals will knock your socks off :headbang:

My last pick is England's own chap-hop phenomenon Mr B, The Gentleman Rhymer with his re-interpretation of the MIA classic. Saw him live last year, he's a talented chap.

Enjoy and keep them coming
