I received general letter from MGM, just wanted to share w guys

    Dear, (my name)

There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of you, our loyal guest, and our employees.

Given the unprecedented times amid this global health crisis and the resulting closure of MGM Resorts International properties nationwide, many of our hosts with whom you have a relationship may not be reachable until our properties begin to reopen.

We realize that during this time many of you may have questions and we want to provide you with an avenue for you to do so. For the fastest response, we ask that you email us at [email protected]. We will be regularly monitoring this email address and will respond as soon as possible.

For current information on property reopening status and to book a future reservation, please visit mgmresorts.com. For up to date information on M life® Rewards, please visit our FAQ site.

From the entire M life Rewards and MGM Resorts International Host Team, please stay safe and healthy over this time. We look forward to welcoming you back to your favorite M life Rewards and MGM Resorts International destination soon.

    Sincerely,

Your MGM Resorts Casino Marketing Host Team

Got that and a notice that my host no longer works there......and I have a new one. He always gave me a lot, but his lack of attention to details was frustrating, so not unhappy about it.

Yea, I got that "none-letter" as well. I say that as I get so many emails of companies all over the world that are worried about my safety -LOL!

Related note: Got a call from host at NYNY the other day checkin in on us. Never talked to her before - always via email and she took care of things just fine. As I was talking to her, I was a bit concerned about her future. She at least is still employed. No idea for how long.

That was nice of her reaching out to her clients... but she is still “employed” by mgm? Meaning still getting $$ from them? yeah I do hope Vegas does open back up..this really sucks. :(
