It looks like a work event will bring me to the Signature at MGM in September. A co-worker mentioned he is upgrading (he is M Life Gold) to the One Bedroom Balcony Strip View Suite.

I have never stayed at this property and honestly have never stepped foot in it. What can anyone tell me about it, and that room in particular?

Location kind of sucks even though you're a five-six minute walk from the Monorail.

The rooms are a bit dated, but it's 1000 square feet with two full baths and a full kitchen. I feel it's probably the best value for how cheap it is on the Strip, personally.

Bed is very comfortable and the view is great (stayed here this past Super Bowl).

The regular 1 BR Balcony gives you a beautiful view of McCarran International runways.

    ^^^^

Basically everything @FormallyTD said. It's definitely a great value. But we got the standard room. That only has 1 bathroom. As long as you're okay with walking a long distance to the MGM Grand Casino (10-15 minutes based on pace/tower location), I think it's pretty nice.

And it might not be clear in his pics above, but the tub also is jetted.

Does Signature have valet at any of the three towers? Thanks!

Not too far, actually. If you exit any of the three towers you can just walk to Harmon and it would take you about fifteen - twenty minutes (guesstimation) to walk to the intersection there with Cosmo and Planet Hollywood.

All three towers have their own valet, yes.

From what I remember, each tower had their own valet and check in.

Beat me to the shortcut. Not many know about it.

I enjoy the Signature MGM regardless of location. The shortcut mentioned above cuts time to mid strip. Miss it when MyVEGAS offered free nights there. The 1BR also has a pop up tv in the bedroom lol

Stayed there 3 times and liked it 3 times minus the mult walks I took to/from the Strip daily/nightly (thats just how my trip turned out)----however you probably dont have a reason to upgrade unless its 1. completely free 2. other people are staying with you.

I enjoyed the big bathroom and the shitter had its own little room. The kitchen was of no use to me since I wasnt cooking. Fridge came in handy though. I didn enjoy that each tower had its own pool.

Their basic room is 550 sq ft which is bigger then most strip properties bottom fo the line room hence I wouldnt upgrade unless you need the space for something.

I ventured back there once when a friend was staying there, and I did not mind the walk that much. By the time you start to notice the walk, you are there

I have stayed at Signature in the past, and have really loved it. It's a bit quieter and the pools are nice. It is a bit of a walk to get to places, but if you don't mind walking, it isn't really bad. I usually stay in the balcony deluxe suite, and that is a nice size.

I’ve never been to the Signature but will be spending a few nights there in September. Can’t wait. Although I don’t plan to spend a ton of time in my room, it’s important to me to have a nice, quiet place to come back to and nap a bit or just take a breather. For the price, my research said Signature was hard to beat.

It def. has some nice perks. I do remember the rooms being very quiet since there's not a lot of rooms on each floor. For me personally, unless I was there for a conference, if I needed a room with some sort of kitchen, I'd def. pick Vdara over the Signature.

Great advice. I hope to soon see the property, and might try them out Halloween weekend
